Wow, this didn’t work out for me at all. The back-light never worked for me and I didn’t like the programmable keys. The K70 is much better if you are looking for a more reliable alternative that doesn’t have the Macro keys. The build quality was significantly better than the K30. I am actually happy that I had a problem with the back-light right out of the box because it lead to me returning a product that I prolly wouldn’t have been happy with long-term. Loving my new K70, wish I could have goten it as cheap as the K30.

After using this keyboard for a couple of weeks, I felt compelled to write a review to share my enthusiasm for it. I absolutely love it! I do not like the click clack or the feel or mechanical keyboards as I work in a tech environment around other workers, and this best alternative I have found. It simply feels incredible. Compared to my Logitech mk320 it feels like Porsche compared to a Kia plus the flat, open, bed design makes keeping this keyboard clean is really easy. Love the illumination, the G keys are easy to program program shortcuts and macros to, it’s really a joy to work with. I recommend to anyone looking for a nice keyboard, even if you’re not a gamer, Corsair makes amazing peripherals.
