Received the first keyboard on 8/26 and it would not turn on from the get-go. The USB passthrough worked with no problem but the keyboard itself would not. No pop-up from windows saying a USB device was even detected.
Ordered a replacement which came the next day. The new keyboard turned on instantly and I had no problems with it, until it no longer wanted to work. It just shut off during a game after 4 hours. Unplugged the keyboard and plugged it back in only to get a notification that the USB malfunctioned and windows cannot recognize it.
The second one can’t be replaced as I’ve already got a replacement. So I’m not out of a keyboard for a second time. But the fact that the keyboard was “professionally inspected and tested to work and look like new” so far the looks is the only thing they got right. Just proves why I never buy anything refurbished.
(PHOTO 1) Both keyboards were plugged into USB A 3.2 ports. The 2nd keyboard worked right out the box and only lasted about 4 hours.
(PHOTO 2) 2nd keyboard in reset mode but the OLED screen isn’t working and even on the reset mode, I still get the malfunction notification.
(Video) Shows the 1st keyboard not working and the second keyboard in reset mode both connected to USB 3.2 ports.
Also tried both keyboards with USB 3.0 and 2.0 ports and still won’t work. A waste of $80 just buy the 5 new for the same price.
When the second one did work, I had no problems and it was nice, definitely would be a great for gaming if it worked anymore.
