keys are sensative, may take time for heavy handed to ease up. It took me a couple of weeks to ease off while typing and playing games.

Showed up in excellent condition. Works great, the lighting is super fun (it’s got 10+ different pre-programmed lighting modes), and the mechanical keys have just the right amount of satisfying “clack.” Honestly couldn’t tell that it was a refurb item.

They definitely do not test the refurbished keyboards before selling them. I bought one and the “U” key did not work so I had it replaced with another one, and the new one’s Control key didn’t work.

The keyboard is visually appealing and reasonably priced, but the plastic clips holding the keys are weak and prone to breaking. Over time, keys start falling off, making the keyboard frustrating to use. Sure, you could glue them back on, but at that point, why not just buy a keyboard that doesn’t require DIY repairs?
I usually like Corsair products, but the build quality of these key mounts is surprisingly poor. Disappointing for an otherwise solid brand.

I got this and a corsair gaming mouse. It’s difficult to express how much I hate this keyboard. Keys are constantly popping off. I get the keys are easy to remove for cleaning but I can press down on a key and let go and the key will go flying off. As I’m typing one of the keys is missing b/c it popped off and I can’t find it. the stem where they key plugs into the keyboard is too thin and easily breaks. DO NOT GET THIS Keyboard. It’s cheap and I’m shocked at how bad both this keyboard my mouse are.

It’s fine I guess, but for the price I wanted it to be better. I returned.
Nice lighting and controls but the keyboard is tall and not slanted, so you have to adopt an unusual posture with your hands to type comfortably. The keys also clack SO LOUDLY. It’s a terrible sound. And the keys themselves have a really high profile so you see this chunky, huge, white gap between the board and key tops. I prefer a lower profile backlighting system.
