I have this model and the the model with the tenkey pad and I replaced that one with this, real gamers buy tenkeyless keyboards and nobody on this planet will tell be otherwise.

so far so good. i have nothing to compare it to but it works perfectly and coordinates with all of my other corsair things as it should. feels really nice. no keys are textured (other than the spare ASDW) except the spacebar has a slight texture to it

The buttons on this keyboard feel so good. So sensitive and precise. They extra keys it comes with are amazing really good to be able to customize it a little bit. The new keys have a different angle on all of them so if its high, low, or to the side the key caps have the perfect angle for your finger. The overall build of the keyboard feels extremely high in quality. I much prefer this over my Razer Blackwidow.

I read the comments and there is a space bar problem for almost everyone. and it is fixed now. it is not mushy, it is stable. and everyone knows that the keyboard is the best. for the switch, im a big fan of reds, but i like silvers more than reds. its feeling and sound is more satisfying

I love the switches in this keyboard as well as the usb pass through to hook up a mouse to I don’t love the fact it needs two usb A ports but the rgb, feel of the board and wrist wrest, and sound all make up for it. Would recommend for any gamer wanting a numless keyboard.

I love the keyboard shape and layout — most especially the detachable wrist-rest, which permits me to type with the keyboard in my lap. However, the manufacturing process and/or the key switches are relatively low quality. Corsair keyboards will fail regularly right around the two year mark; I have four broken/failed ones behind me right now — all with similar failures. The rumor about mechanical keyboards lasting forever only applies to the high quality ones.
All my Corsairs failed with double/triple keys on a single tap (spacebar for 3 of them). Cleaning with compressed air can help sometimes as can re-gluing the switch in place, but I’ve never had a Corsair that stayed fixed for more than a week after the problems started — leads me to suspect it’s the switch itself. They’re linear activated switches and the spacebar gets the most abuse. It’s the only one that is always torqued on every press.
BTW, Corsair does not offer replacement switches. If you’re thrifty, you could likely cannibalize an old keyboard or try to order the proper switch type from elsewhere. If you’re still inside the 2-year warranty, though, you can return it for a replacement.

Excellent keyboard. I run a smaller desk so I needed to get a compact keyboard so I would stop punching the side of my old one. The speed switches are amazing! Noise is up there but nothing compared to blues or greens. I ended up ordering o rings to stop the bottom out clack, worked wonders. Top tier product with some incredible and exclusive switches
