Came in perfect condition and included sealed versions of all the original accessories. Can not tell it’s a refurb, love this keyboard!

I now have two! Spilled a glass of wine on the first. While it was cleaning I got this as a backup. Yes, pulled off the keys, rinsed it out in a mix of 1 gallon distilled water and a pint of 99% isopropyl alcohol. Worked perfectly. The beauty of mechanical keyboards!

So at first I was really disappointed because right when I opened the box, there was so much dust and dirt all over the keyboard and even INSIDE the plastic that covered the keyboard(see pics) but I just took a quick air duster to it. After further inspection, Unfortunately all the keys are harder to press then they should be. For a gaming keyboard you needs the keys to be super responsive and easy to press. The dirt and dust caused unfixable damage to every single key and the keyboard is unusable and it literally hurts my hands to use because of the amount of pressure required to press each key. Save yourself the trouble! Buyer beware!

I recieved this keyboard a few days ago and while it’s a great keyboard, I was immediately met with a serious problem. Upon plugging it in and testing it out, I found that pressing one of the keys typed a lot of keys on the same row. I spent a few days trying to figure out what was causing it. As I was about to send it back, I found a thread on the corsair forums of a lot people having the same issue. After spending hours reading through threads, I stumbled across a post of someone who figured out the issue and fixed it themself. Me being impatient and didn’t feel like sending it back, I decided to try this fix. It consisted of opening the keyboard up and unscrewing the two ground wires and placing tape over them. Ever since I’ve done this the problem has gone away. I took a huge risk voiding the warrenty by opening it up, but atleast it worked out for me in the end I guess. I wish I didn’t have so much trouble with this product, but a great keyboard when it works.
