   After reading the reviews on this keyboard, I was nervous that I might get a defective one as said by a few of the reviewers on here. Since the product is refurbished I was confident that the product went through inspection and was at least functioning, so I bit the bullet and bought it. I received the keyboard today and have been playing Apex Legends for a couple of hours now. To my surprise there was absolutely nothing wrong with this keyboard at all. I tested all the keys to and every single one of them is functioning properly. I installed the iCue software and am able to adjust my RGB however I wanted just as advertised. For $65 this might be the most justified purchased I have ever made. I was coming from Cherry MX Red switches to this speed and there is slight improvement in clicking speed. It’s enough for me to notice that the travel length is shorter (from top to bottom), but I can’t really tell the 40% reduction in actuation point. It’s too minimal for the human hand to tell, or at least me anyway. If you’re looking for a cheap refurbished keyboard and want something from a reputable keyboard this is the one. Do be careful when purchasing corsair products on here as I notice that the items that are listed as “renewed” isn’t exactly the same as refurbished. The renewed items were filled with a lot of unsatisfied customers as reports came in saying that the items don’t work properly.

   I’m sure brand new I would not have this problem but, well, guess I wanted to save money. Got what I paid for. 24 chattering keys that double register on a single press. Hard to do typing when it comes out as “ttypinngg”. Will be returning and buying a brand new model because it’s absolutely gorgeous and I love how it feels. Just a shame I got a busted one.

   Tenía mis dudas ya que al ser refurbished no confiaba al 100% en si llegaría en buen estado, aún así por la relación del precio decidí animarme. No puedo estar más contento con el producto. Me llegó en perfecto estado, cero detalles visuales y todas las teclas funcionan perfectamente. También instalé el software para los patrones de colores y todos se reflejan perfectamente en el teclado. Sin lugar a duda una muy buena inversión ya que por el precio obtuve un producto de primera calidad.

    I know that the keyboard was refurbished, but the keyboard keeps turning off and on repeatedly after a while and this only after a week of use. Which defeats the purpose it was designed to do, game. The only way I can get the keyboard to work after it’s done spazzing out is to reset my computer. I wished that the sellers would do a better check of the keyboards they are selling even though its refurbished.

    Typing feels nice. Much better than my last mechanical keyboard. I haven’t played anything longer than an hour, but Doom (2016) played super well. The RGB lighting is pretty cool. Trying to dial in white doesn’t work very well, but matching the purple of the lighting on my MOBO was easy, so I’m pleased. I don’t know what more to say. I like the feel, it’s quieter than my last, wrist rest is nice. Under $70, this is a great gaming keyboard.

    What most of you care about then about me after about why I think my opinion should matter to you. Here is my review and why I gave it 5 stars – The Good – Price – The orginal price was around 150 dollars , this product I payed I think 70 dollars, so less then half. Quality – This keyboard came looking brand new and feels great. Nice and heavy, came with a tool to pop out keys and special WASD keys for gamers and some extra keys that get used heavily then others when gaming – AWESOME! Shipping – Cmon this is what makes go-keyboard.com a god send – 2 day super fast no issue shipping, even better is mine came on a sunday no hassle no extra charge. Functionality – see below – but after you get a hang of the iCUE software, you will spend hours messing around calling reluctant loved ones into the room to show them what master pieces you made . Issues aka the bad – 2 Issues over all but not deal breakers especially the first one – Tiny issue that was fixed and if you buy you most likely will need to check this out. One thing I would like to say that is important that had me worried at first is whats called “BIOS MODE” aka Scroll lock is blinking and iCUE wont pick up a connection to get the RGB fest started. Well in the back their is a switch right were the USB cable comes out of the keyboard, you need to make sure it is set to 1 side, not the BIOS side. Honestly as someone who works in IT, sometimes techs overlook something so simple like a button switched, but for someone with no prior knowledge might think they got a defective board. Issue 2 – iCUE software – this is NOT AN ISSUE WITH THIS SPECIFIC BOARD, this is ALL RGB CORSAIR products that you sync up using Corsair’s software called iCUE. My issue is the actual program seems clunky and not optimized, it crashes and has its hiccups and is not very intuitive. Dont get me wrong, the product comes Pre Installed with a few great profiles that give you a sample of what is capable, but you need to do your own research to really get the full use of it. The end product is great, you can have a vast array of PC parts and accessory synced up to trillions of different patterns and colors its insane. Its learning the software that I could see being potentially frustrating for your average gamer who wants to plug and play. I would not just give my 8 year old nephew this board and expect him to even have the basics figured out by himself. After messing around with it for a while I was able to conquer it and now my keyboard looks like light show, each key has a different pattern for before and after effects, what helped me was google searching K70 profiles . There is some websites that let you download for free and no malware / bloatware different pre created profiles so you get an idea of what is possible. The Ugly – N/A – so far so good. I work from home as a help desk IT tech for some of the biggest colleges in the country like Harvard, Yale, USC Berkeley NYU + 50 other Ivy league and world renown schools. I mention this because as you can imagine Professors and students rely on me to have their day to day tech run smooth, needless to say I am a Techie but also more importantly a customer just like you. I told my self I am going to start leaving reviews on go-keyboard.com as my girlfriend and I share the account I have loved and hated products and didnt do my part to share the word as many of you have to help guide me in the right direction. I use all my tech products to the bone for hours upon hours a day, and I just want to make sure it is worth it.

    This is not the K70 rapidfire. It’s just the k70. You can tell I’m the picture the differences between them. It’s advertising is false. Button placement is different. The bottom of the keyboard DOES NOT say rapid fire on it at all. That’s the dead giveaway. Just letting you all know. Other than that, the keyboard works perfectly fine so I’m gonna stick with it.

    I had a logitech g910 that I am waiting on parts to fix, and I didn’t want to buy another $150 plus keyboard. I came across this refurbished keyboard, and have been greatly surprised. The quality, is top notch, and you would not know that it has been refurbished if they didn’t tell you in the description. The only issue I had was the x key was working, but not correctly. I was promptly sent out a replacement, and had no issues with the 2nd keyboard. Both units that I received though looked brand new, without any kind of blemishes. If you want a good quality keyboard, that doesn’t cost over $100 look no further. Plus, they send out some textured wsda keys, and those are awesome.
