   Received this keyboard, I was gifted it to my friend and he plugged it in and windows gave an error “Windows cannot recognize this USB device”. Support told me the keyboard is faulty and I got it for a good deal as well when there were only 3 left in stock. Sad because a waited a while for it and my friend cannot even use it,

    I’ve used this keyboard for years, so I picked up another one to use at work. My first one had a ton of issues due to the Ngenuity software, but it’s been perfect since that whole mess. I have one with aqua switches and one with reds. They both sound great and are smooth to type on.

    I understand that it is a refurbished product and it may be missing accessories such as the original box, have some signs of use or minor flaws. The Box is what matters least to me. The keyboard works correctly. It is clean and without signs of use. The only detail I found is that for some reason the internal memory of the keyboard to save lighting effects does NOT WORK. No effect is saved, so I can only change the effects with the HyperX NGENUITY Software and on some occasions the “FN” key doesn’t work, but just disconnect and reconnect the keyboard and it works again. The truth is a very high quality keyboard for the price for which I got it. for which it is recommended 100%
