This keyboard is very rigid and the keys do not trap dirt, making it very easy to clean. Many keyboards are designed in such a way that you have to remove all the key caps to clean them out, this one can be blown out with compressed air.

If you are a programmer or writer, you will love this keyboard. The keys feel very good (MX Browns on mine) and the RGB lights make it very useful at night. If I could change anything, I think I would have gone with MX Reds because the browns are somewhat loud for my liking, but that is all preference. The iCUE app is pretty cool, allowing you to turn your keyboard into a Russian night club if you so choose. The LEDs are pretty bright, with the exception of the white (to be expected with RGB LEDs).
The only thing I do not like is that the iCUE app must be running in the background to animate the LEDs

Arrived in good condition. Only real complaint is that it was labelled wrongly; this keyboard has low profile speed switches, not brown. I have a feeling this is why it was returned, as it may not suit every user. However, I am comfortable with it, and seeing as I got it at 4000 less than its current going price, I don’t regret the purchase. Build quality is great, but I have noticed that a few of the LEDs may be defective, they are unable to render the proper colour.
I’d say I could definitely have had a better experience if I had bought a keyboard with brown switches but I am satisfied.

Well… it broke in 7 months. It worked just fine until one day when my computer was off at night, the keyboard lit up, only to realize that it was having the infamous “rapidfire” problem. Contact Corsair support, hard-reset with manual firmware update, also tried BIOS mode per CS Rep’s direction… and…. nothing worked.
Obviously, my RMA request was denied because this was refurb product, and now I’m stuck with a 100 dollar paperweight.
Not sure if it was the wisest expenditure during this……… cash strapped economy.

Constantly having to reset this damn thing. 4 switches are going bad on it now. Never was rough on it by any stretch of the word. Yet, it’s giving me more issues than I can tolerate. Flickering keys that make it where I have to hard shutdown my PC. F10 and F11 switches make browsing the web intolerable as they just start randomly spamming themselves.

My first keyboard I got wasn’t a full sized one but was good for several months because it worked. I needed a full sized keyboard for editing videos faster. This keyboard is Quieter than most, has RGB on every key (note: colors are only RGB and CANNOT be set to 1 color but CAN change patterns), and gets its job done ultimately. Since ill be typing for a long while anyways, it felt like a good investment to put money where it will be used.
