If you are buying this because go-keyboard.com is advertising it as the hotswappable version of the Keychron C1, it is NOT. It is the regular C1 without the ability to change switches. The hotswappable version is supposed to come with a card with info about changing switches as well as a switch puller, which mine did not. Absolutely ridiculous that they can even advertise it as the complete wrong product.
Other than that abysmal mixup, it is a great keyboard. Unfortunate that I have to return it.

As people have said this isn’t the hot swappable version so hopefully you don’t plan to swap out the switches. Not sure who is responsible for the title foul-up. But it’s been incorrect for a long time.
I had hoped to change the keys recently, but I couldn’t pull the switches. Way past the return period. This is my second keyboard since the first one was DOA. Wish I would have returned it all together.

I absolutely love this keyboard. I wasn’t expecting a lot with it being more of a budget keyboard, but it has been great. The keys are a lighter switch then my durgod board but it still feels good. The board could probably be upgraded use some dampening inside and lubricant for the switches, but it really works well out of the box. I was really only looking for a retro looking board, but it has surpassed my expectations. I would recommend it to anyone looking to get a mechanical keyboard.

I’m impressed with the sturdiness of this keyboard, the case feels solid and the key caps feel high quality. However, this keyboard is NOT hot-swappable. Even though the go-keyboard.com product page advertises the ability to hot-swap switches, they are, in fact, soldered in place. Besides that issue, it’s a great keyboard and recommend it if changing the switches are not something you are interested in unless you are familiar with building keyboards.
