   As a college student who also does work from home and plays video games probably a lot more than I even should, this keyboard feels like an excellent investment if you plan to spend a lot of time on the computer. The frame is lovely, the leg stands having two different heights is something I appreciated, though I only use the taller one personally. They keys have a crisp response to them that’s hard for me to describe other than, it feels right. In honesty, I originally just looked for a replacement keyboard since my last one started dying this month, but this feels well worth it to me. Everything about this keyboard feels and looks quality, the singular issue I could see with it is that if you plan to move a lot, the keyboard is heavy, but I mean, hey, this is the metal frame version. If the quality is anything alike, you could probably go for the non aluminum frame if you wanna move around with it.

   I swapped out some (not all) of the keycaps for a Drop blue & white set. Much better. It’s fantastic now. Looks great, and types beautifully. The reds are not clicky but still satisfying to use. Swapping out the space bar made a huge difference. The OEM space bar was very hollow and thin, and sounded the part. The drop keycap spacebar sounds much better. Glad I got the Aluminum one – It’s solid and heavy. Does not move. go for it – you’ll be glad you did. The Drop keycaps are also on go-keyboard.com. Photo with the dark keycaps are the OEM, White/blue are the Drops (OEM F keys and Mac keys left in place).

   I like this keyboard more than I thought I would. It’s my first mechanical, and I’m using it in the office. Not too loud, and super responsive. The lighting functions work well, and it fits great at my work desk.

   This is the 2nd Keychron Keyboard I purchased and could not be happier. – Solid & Sturdy build – Numerous RGB Backlight Configurations – Works Wired or Wireless. – Compatible with MAC & Windows I got the Brown Switch model which has a Smooth and Subtle press to the keys. The Red Switch will give you a more Clicky & Audible sound when pressing keys. I am satisfied with both this product and brand. Keychron has yet to disappoint.

   Looking for a good full sized wireless keyboard moddable with your favorite keycaps? Well, this may be for you if you like brown switches. These are light, relatively quiet and not too mushy. The blue clicky may be better for typists, but that’s not an option with the K10. Anyway, below are samples of what the RGB looks like for various custom keycaps replacements.
