   Es un teclado que cuenta con materiales solidos, se siente muy resistente y las teclas son muy comodas al tacto, ademas de que te va a ahorrar mucho espacio en tu escritorio, llevo al rededor de 2 años usandolo y no he tenido ningun problema, solo si debo mencionar algo, el bluetooth es algo lento a compración de otros teclados, eso le podria restar puntos al funcionamiento de conectarlo a diferentes dispositivos, en mi caso no uso mucho esa función y mayormente lo tengo conectado con el cable, fuera de eso es un excelente teclado.

   I usually don’t leave reviews but this time I decided to take a few minutes out of my day so nobody has to go through the same issue. Last week I ordered a Keychron K2 Version 2 Mechanical Keyboard, RGB LED Backlit Aluminum Frame Gateron G Pro Blue Switch. I ordered the new version of the keyboard, that happened to be on sale when I ordered it, instead of saving more in buying a used very good, or used version. So I ordered it, got the delivery on time but to my surprise when I open the packaging, the keyboard had a sticker of “used very good” in it, so I was upset about it, nonetheless they keyboard seemed in good shape so I continued checking it out, but then I notice that they keyboard is not only used but it is also completely the wrong version! I ordered a blue switch but go a red switch instead. I contact go-keyboard.com, but they are unable to help me as they claimed the cannot issue a replacement because the inventory is held by a 3rd party. And by this time I cannot just issue a return and buy a new one because the price is no longer on sale! So, the only thing go-keyboard.com can do (after going back and forth with them for 3 days!!!) is issue a $30 off that I can only use on go-keyboard.com owned products, which does not help with my issue at all because the coupon does not work on this since the item is sold by Keychon. Anyways, I bought the keyboard again in hopes that this time I will get the right version, even if it is used I don’t care, but again I RECEIVED THE SAME RED SWITCH KEYBOARD as if it was a blue one!!! This time around I am very frustrated with the entire situation because none go-keyboard.com nor Keychron is willing to take accountability and at least care to send me THE RIGHT REPLACEMENT. So, I would suggest anybody that is looking into buying this keyboard just like I was, do not buy this keyboard and look into other companies instead. This is probably my first review in go-keyboard.com despite having bought several items already and never having an issue, but because of the issue and the lack of accountability by go-keyboard.com and the seller. I would suggest you look into a different keyboard. It is not worth your time and money going back and forth with customer service that does not really care about the issue and you have to repeat yourself over and over again. Overall, I am unsatisfied with this item (as I never got what I paid for) and even more disappointed with the lack of willingness to help resolve the issue both by go-keyboard.com and Keychron customer support.

   had a few worries because some Youtuber said it’s shit. After the first test typing, I realize that it’s the Youtuber who’s full of shit. This is an amazing keyboard. 1. The K2 looks a bit fat with the aluminum housing in some pictures, but in actuallity, it’s very sleek and compact. 2. Some find the Gateron Red Switches a bit meek compared to Cherry Reds. I am a all time Cherry Red user myself, and this is my first time trying these switches. Honestly, it feels great. It’s pleasantly light and yet has a satisfying accoustics when the switches hit the bottom and then the top. It’s not a silent switch, but it’s not annoyingly loud like some blue switches. The factory lubrication is perfect and I couldn’t have done it better myself. It could be used in some office settings where it’s not too quiet. 3. It had one defect though. One key (i.e. the Y-key in the picture) had a little bump that was very noticeable when typing. I was going to change to custom keycaps anyway, but it’s not some thing that you would expect in a over $100 keyboard. For the time being, I had to remove the bump with a sandfile but visually, it is damaged now. Overall, even with the defect, I am completely satisfied. I was looking for a keyboard with very specific specs: 75% 84-key layout, Bluetooth 5.0 or better, alluminum housing, and, preferably, hot-swappable PCB. The last requirement had to go because hotswappable models are out of stock everywhere, but with these amazing switches, I don’t think I need it anymore. Keychron keyboards are amazing and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

   I’m typing this review on my K2v2 and I’m extremely impressed. I previously tried the Keychron K2v2 hot swappable model but due to a product defect, go-keyboard.com allowed me return it for a full refund. I decided to try the non hot swappable model which is this one. The legends are sharp and clear on the grey colour keycaps and it has a striking appearance especially with the RGB lighting, however as these keycaps aren’t double shot I suspect they won’t last as long. The battery life is fantastic and there are no issues with bluetooth pairing. Everything works as it should. The gateron red switches are satisfying and very smooth to type on providing a nice thock sound. I think they must be pre-lubed as they feel much better than Cherry MX keyboards I’ve used in the past. Overall I can highly recommend this keyboard for it’s rich feature set and aesthetics. I won’t be changing my switches so I would recommend going with this model over the hot swappable one due to the brighter backlighting and better colour keycaps, but some may prefer to have the removal switches.

   I love that it has a very responsive feel and it honestly made me much faster and efficient with typing. It makes a nice sound, but may not be ideal for the night if you are worried about disturbing your roommates or housemates. Overall, I have multiple keyboards I use regularly but this one is by far my favorite. The build quality is very sturdy and you can adjust the hight of the keyboard. The light features are pretty neat as well, I often leave it on a solid white because I like the clean look.

   I got the ones with the Brown switches and they are exactly what I wanted, not very loud, but still tactile enough. The aluminum case really does the job and actually, if I didn’t get the aluminum version it might gotten damaged. go-keyboard.com putted this keyboard in a huge box without any bubble wrap so it was probably moving IN the go-keyboard.com box, but when I opened it the KEYBOARD box was damaged, do better go-keyboard.com. but back to the keyboard, it comes with the windows keycaps and 2 bonus keycaps if don’t like orange escape key, it also comes with a keycap remover and USB-C to USB-A (this keyboard charges via usb-c) Instructions were very clear and overall I am extremely impressed. P.S. im coming from a very low profile laptop keyboard and THIS IS A HUGE KEYBOARD so I needed some time to get used to it.

   This is the perfect mechanical keyboard to use with MacOS. I use it with my M1 Mac Mini and have had no problems. I use it wired so it wakes the Mac faster, but from what i hear, the bluetooth functionality is really good too. I can’t say from experience. I wish the included cable was at least a foot longer b/c it barely reaches my USB Hub. You can use any USB-C to USB-A cable if you’d like, but i prefer to use the included braided cable provided with the keyboard. The keyboard is a perfect weight. Not too heavy but not light enough to slide around on your desk. The clickiness is nice. Not too loud and not too soft. Probably mid range as far as mechs go. It has the Mac specific buttons on the Function Keys which i use all the time. This is what made me go for this specific Keychron keyboard. Some of the others don’t have the mac specific keys. The RGB lights are nice but not necessary. A nice gimmicky addition. The keys themselves are a nice two tone grey color that makes the keyboard sleek and minimalistic. Nothing gaudy except the orange escape key which i quite like for it’s quirky look. The aluminum base makes the keyboard feel super solid and high quality. No flex at all. Some people say that the keyboard sits too high to be ergonomically comfortable but i have no problems at all. You can always purchase a wrist rest if needed. The packaging is top notch and lets you know that you purchased a high quality product. The keyboard comes with an included plastic dust cover, but i don’t use it. It’s nice to have if you don’t use the keyboard for long periods. Great value for the money!!! I’m definitely a Keychron fan and so glad that my first Mechanical keyboard is the K2!

    First off, What an Amazing keyboard. The tactile feedback of the Gateron blue switches is ASMR bliss. Since I began to work from home I needed a wireless keyboard that could switch between my PC desktop and work Macbook. This keyboard does it all. it can connect with up to 3 devices at the same time and switch between them at a moment’s notice. There is a dedicated slider button on the left side of the board that lets you switch between Bluetooth and cabled mode. Right next to that button is the OS slider that lets you switch between Apple and PC layouts. I Purchased the aluminum frame version with RGB and man, does it feel nice. The keyboard has a really nice weighty feel to it. Overall at almost $100 its a pricey keyboard but its totally worth the money. The attention to detail in this keyboard is Amazing. TLDR; Pros: -Great high quality feel (aluminum version) -Dedicated RGB light for the capLocks button -PC and Mac OS compatible -Great RGB effects Cons: – No software to config board – A lil chunky compared to other boards – Cable connection if on the left side not the top

    The KeyBoard was my first Wireless one ever and it pairs & works great so far with my ‘21 MacBook Pro. Color settings are absolutely amazing, but are kind of overkill so if your on the edge abt that, settling for the 1 color option is fine. Definitely gonna take about a week or 2 to adjust from using my MBP keyboard, but I think it’ll be worth it. As for the wrist problems it not a huge deal for me but you can buy a wrist pad in addition if you want. Setup and every thing was pretty seem less as well so I wouldn’t hesitate to buy this. The Keyboard also has the option to connect with cable if your device doesn’t have Bluetooth.

    I really liked the feeling of the Gateron Brown switches, and comparing it to my previous membrane keyboard it’s a great improvement. Really recommended budget-friendly product for someone just getting into mechanical keyboards that may not want to mod them or anything similar. I purchased an used version and it’s been working great. Only thing missing was the USB-C cable but any standard one will work.

    I have ordered 3 of the used k2v2 with the browns. The first one didn’t come with the correct non red escape key, but rather an escape key that had the tilde on it. This first keyboard only worked in wired mod. The Bluetooth would act like it was paired while sitting but constantly reconnected. I could type on it and it would get several keystroke, disconnect and then reconnect and get a few more. Needless to say this one is going back. Side note this one did not come lubed. It came in the correct packaging and was the correct case color and was the correct board. This board was reasonably clean. The second one was the winner. This one came with the correct keys, was the correct board and everything works. This one was lubed. This board was absolutely filthy. The previous owner had a cat and a beard, both of which they liked to scratch while at the computer. I cleaned it with gloves and alcohol. Pic related. The third one is either an old revision or the completely wrong board. The case color was straight black. the windows key cap looked funky and the space bar was different. The packaging said nothing about version 2, the keys feel and sound horrible compared to the first two boards but it did come lubed. the numbering conventions on the serial and model number are also different than the first two boards and the switches on the side feel way different. This one did not come with a key puller or a USB cable. like the first two did. This board was surprisingly clean. So far 2/3 have been either broken or not what I ordered. I was hoping to end up with a pair so that I would have the same board at home and at work. At this point I’m just going to send back the bad boards and look somewhere else for a board to use at work. Id say if you are in a situation like mine and you have a board you like but are looking for something different, ordering and sending back used boards until you end up with a good one is a decent option. You will not find a nicer board for 55 bucks new. That being said if you don’t have the patients or funds to do that avoid the used option for sure because you are probably going to be disappointed.

    There’s people who like to build custom keyboards as a hobby. But a lot of us don’t care for soldering or going through too much trouble to make the thockiest keyboard. Most everyday users like me just want: *high-quality product, *aesthetic look, *pre-built and readily available!!* *smth that provides a good user experience. This is worth every penny for all the aforementioned reasons. Don’t let enthusiasts convince you that you need to spend a ton of money and build a keyboard yourself to have something that is high quality. If your use-case is productivity without compromise for high-quality, this definitely does the trick. It’s smaller than my previous TKL keyboard too, which means the mouse is closer to me, which I love. Highly recommend.

    I like the keyboard a lot! Battery last a reasonable amount of time. It has a sleep function on by default to save battery when not in used. Because of it, Waking it up from BT may have a initial delay but it is acceptable. Only need less one second to reconnect. The size is perfect for me. For me, I typed faster and more accurate with this over my G710+. Things I wish it has: 1) A brighter RGB backlights, 2)RF connection with USB dongle for faster connection, 3)USB passthrough for wired connection, 4) software support for RGB syncing/customization, 5) Volume scroller (I missed it from G710+) Photo added July 2022: Note: The white WASD&SPACE and black “light bulb” keycaps are from the hot-swappable version I got for my kid.

    I’ve been searching for a Bluetooth wireless mechanical keyboard for a while and found this one! I love that I can connect wired or wirelessly, the battery lasts weeks (without backlight), and it is a nice portable design over all. So many colors and led patterns! Cons: 1. Sometimes it acts weird when I switch between Bluetooth devices and becomes unresponsive. I turn it off and on and it is fine. 2. It’s only been about 6 months and the paint is falling off 3 of my keycaps!!!! Noooo!! Neutral: 1. Port is in an awkward spot, but I can live with it. 2. Reconnect can take about a second or two (Bluetooth) and it can be a bit annoying. 3. I wish it had macro functions 4. Backlight is dim, but I don’t really use it so it’s fine for me. If you expect this to be very bright, it’s not, and understandably so, if you want to conserve battery life. Overall, I love this keyboard and may eventually try the slim version of this keyboard.

    This is for the V1, but it may also apply to V2. Owned for 1 1/2 years now, and about a year in the power/BT switch has gone faulty. If I push the tab or caps lock button slightly hard the keyboard would powercycle in the middle of my game. Recently now it would just not power on at all. Taking it apart the ground pin on the switch didn’t have enough solder to make a reliable joint and lifted off the pcb. Most likely the solder paste was not properly applied before being reflowed. Issue is somewhat fixed by re soldering the said pin. See the images for more details. Overall I absolutely love this keyboard. Enough for me to fix and keep using it. The form factor and the features are everything I can ask for in a keyboard. However I’m still stuck with a faulty keyboard and the issue is with the switch they used. It’s just not durable and still has issues with making a solid connection in the on state. If anyone for some reason know the part # please lmk. This may still be a problem if the same switch is used on the V2.

    Purchased this heavy duty LED keyboard on January 5, 2021. I spent weeks searching for the right wireless keyboard that would last years and years of typing service. Finally decided on this particular model, the Keychron K2 Version 2 Wireless Mechanical Keyboard. It wasn’t the nicest looking keyboard in the marketplace, but it definitely turned out to be the TANK of all keyboards. As you can see in the picture, the only change to the keyboard were the replacement of the keycaps to all black with letters on the side. It is really neat and looks so cool with my setup. Being I took typing lessons years ago, it was no issue to get these type of keycaps. Therefore, three years and four months later, this heavy duty keyboard is still going strong with an oversized battery that lasts for 2-3 weeks before needing another charge. The only other modification to the keyboard was adding ONE silicone ring to the bottom of each keycap to reduce the clicking noise. It worked perfectly! I am very happy with this purchase. I RECOMMEND THIS KEYBOARD WHOLEHEARTEDLY!

    Since I needed new peripherals to go along with my new M1 Mac mini last November, after years of typing on flat MacBooks, I decided to finally treat myself to my first mechanical keyboard since the original IBM PC was offered with one. After a long online dive, when I surfaced I had decided on the 75% Keychron Wireless Backlit RGB with Brown switches and Aluminum Frame. For me, these Browns by Gateron are an acceptable compromise between mechanical feel and reasonable noise, just as long as you are okay with the lack any actual mechanical “break” when actuating. I prefer not waking up the house late at night! That being said, I do sometimes still miss a clearly felt mechanical actuation feel, but this works for me, and is still legions ahead of any membrane keyboard, or Apple’s own. I The keyboard is rather tall, but not exceptionally so. I use it with the rear feet extended for a more sloped typing angle, which helps. I ordered the matching Keychron Wooden Palm Rest in anticipation of this and it makes a big difference when I do serious typing. I also prefer the feel of the finished wood on my palms over spongy fabric covered palmrests, or the bare glass top of my desk. When just casually surfing the web or doing other non-typing-intensive tasks, I put away the palmrest since it just tends to get in the way if I have to move the keyboard around and have desk clutter. Bluetooth is rock-solid, with never a glitch or delay, ever. In fact the connection is far more reliable than with Apple’s Magic Trackpad 2 that I bought at the same time. If I recall, I think I had to use a wired connection just once, to be able to boot up my brand new M1 Mac mini. This is a condition specific to only the M1 versions when using a non-Apple keyboard on a new machine. The RGB color options and patterns, though entertaining as heck at first, end up becoming more of a distraction after a while. I ended up using one preferred color pretty much all the time. Keyboard circus lights can be distracting! A note on the colors, specifically blue. Normally a color I might choose, this blue is not very bright, even when turned all the way up in the dark. I always end up using the brightest setting for all the colors, all the time, to get to a decent brightness level. Except for blue. I find it far too subtle. in my photos I use cyan/teal, which I like very much. Battery life with the RGB lighting activated is an issue, but it’s addressed in the descriptions when you buy it. Expect to get a full day’s use out of it, then plug it in overnight so you’re ready to go in the morning. With the illumination turned off, it’s much longer, maybe a few days. After nearly a year of use, I can say I am still satisfied with my purchase. I wish the lighting was a tad brighter, and the rubber on one of the folding feet has disappeared (a much bigger problem on the Keychron Palm Rest on which ALL of the pads slid right off it’s base – a BIG problem since it’ll wobble without!), but not enough suffer any buyers remorse. The keycaps still look good with crisp lettering, and they haven’t acquired significant shine from use yet. Battery life is as purchased. it still looks and types great. Whether or not you consider it’s reasonable cost vs. comparably featured keyboards from some others, it’s a worthy purchase. Except for that one rubber foot-pad… When one falls off, you know more will eventually follow. Especially when you consider how awful they were on my Palmrest. I tried everything to get them to stick – unacceptable that they all fell off within a few weeks of purchase. Keychron, you make some good gear that I’m comfortable recommending to others. I want mine made right again; how does one get replacement feet, please?

    After using the Apple Keyboard and mouse, I had been dealing with some terrible wrist and hand pain. I wanted a solution to help better my typing posture and was recommended this keyboard. Once I got it, I was so surprised by all its features. I love the connectivity and overall typing experience. It is something I have to adjust to, but in a matter of days it’s gotten easier and the pain I’d dealt with is pretty much nonexistent. Other features I like are the colorful RGB lighting, the fact I have three different angles to choose from in terms of the incline, and the fact I and switch from typing on my computer to typing on my iPad. That does lead to my one con though… When it came to figuring out how to switch devices, it was a bit confusing. Reading the pamphlet that came in the box, it was a little bit vague??? I mean I am more of a visual learner, so even when I looked for “How To” videos, it didn’t help either. Most of them were review or cool ad videos that didn’t display how to connect, disconnect and then switch to a different device. After an hour or two of messing around, I finally figured out (what I think is the right way) to switch from one device to the other. So if anyone reading the reviews is having an issue with that let me know and I can share what I do to switch. Other than that I like this keyboard from the sound/switches I chose (brown), RGB lighting, and overall typing experience. I would for sure recommend this to anyone who wants a MAC/WINDOWS friendly mechanical keyboard.

    1. LOOKS: I love the look of it. From a flat white/grey keyboard to this taller, thocc-ier keyboard is actually nice. I love the red accent escape button. I wasn’t sure about the LED effects – I have no use for them but I’m enjoying the subtle one where a faint color appears just under the key I press. The color is different each time but it’s nice. There are of course tons of other color options including NO color at all. 2. SOUND: I always loved the almost silent sound of the original Apple keyboard. I don’t usually want too much noise. But for some reason I found myself watching YouTube videos about keyboards and all the hype about “THOCK” actually interested me. So when it was finally time to get a new keyboard… I risked it and got this. I’m MOSTLY happy however: the SPACEBAR, DELETE and left SHIFT keys have a slight squeak. The delete and shift keys more than the spacebar but still both. This is out of the box. It’s VERY annoying. It looks like I have to buy lube now?! Come on. Also, the spacebar has a more flat smack sound than the other keys – I suppose because it’s a bigger piece of plastic. The delete and shift key are also wider than the other keys and so it makes sense that they too are a bit deeper in the “thock” sound. But uuuuuch the squeak is a NIGHTMARE!!! I don’t want to spend another $10-$20 for lube that I may apply wrong and mess things up further! Lastly, not the worst thing in the world but with this keyboard I can’t be quiet at night anymore. I really don’t want to wake people while working – I guess I never though about that until I was able to use one myself and it got late. 3. FEATURES: It lacks a couple things my original Apple keyboard had: A) There is no spare USB port. This is where I plugged in my wireless mouse bluetooth receiver. Now I have to find another port – and there’s none unless the keyboard is used wirelessly. I prefer wired. So I either use Bluethooth and have another thing in my life to charge, or I buy another USB hub just to get one extra USB port. Or a USB-A to USB-C converter. Either way, my life has been made just that more difficult. B) No EJECT KEY. There is no first party software with it, the manual said to use Karabiner which now I have to learn. I wanted to map the small forward-delete key (the one to the left of the lightbulb key) to the EJECT key. Why? Because that’s how I’ve always turned off my Mac. The keyboard combo of COMMAND+CONTROL+OPTION+EJECT. C) No KEYPAD. It has numbers along the top but no keypad on the right side. I knew this already, I took the risk. Maybe it’ll take some getting used to and I know this company has versions WITH a keypad. It’s just a bit annoying since I do use Apple’s Numbers a lot and always used that keypad. 4. THE REST: I do love the left side switches that let you switch between cable and bluetooth connections and between Windows/Android and Mac/OS versions. I’m glad they added a light under the caps lock key so you know when that’s on – the older model didn’t have that. It’s a BIG change for me, I hope as I get used to it I’ll like it more. But this review hopefully can serve as a warning to anyone who needs a keyboard now and plans to use it a lot right away – if this isn’t the kind of keyboard you’ve had before you need to know it has many changes that may take some getting used to!

    This keyboard feels amazing! The lighting is super smooth and it has several modes and brightness settings, the battery life is pretty good, about 6-8hrs at least. I tend to use it wired when at my desk, and wireless when out and about. The keyboard is small enough to fit in a backpack and can connect to 3 devices with BT. It is a really nice weight and feels super sturdy. The only thing I dont love is it takes about 5 seconds to reconnect to bluetooth after it goes to sleep, but you can disable the power saving mode and keep it always connected which is nice. It’s great that the function keys are mapped to mac by default, could not be happier!
