For years I loved my old keyboard with its super loud and clacky blue switches, but these days I’m looking for something a little bit quieter. The sound of this keyboard is sooo soft and dreamy, it’s really nice to type on. If you’ve seen those “thocky” keyboards around and are wanting something like that, this is it.
Wasn’t sure I’d like the low profile keys but they really do feel great.
I’ve only ever had full sized keyboards before and it’s really blowing my mind how tiny this thing is. The keys are a little bit closer together than my other full sized keyboards, so it is taking some time to get used to the more compact size. I do love the reclaimed desk space, though!
As a final plus, I didn’t even realize it had a backlight but it’s nice. No rgb (fine by me, I like a more sleek and classic look) but still lots of fun options. I really like it.

As someone who just discovered mechanical keyboards, this is an excellent keyboard. I retired the Apple Magic Keyboard that I’ve been using for 5+ years and happily switched to the Keychron K3 Pro. It has the same height as the Magic Keyboard so it perfectly matches up with my Magic Trackpad. I tested out the Red switch with a coworker’s keyboard and found it too sensitive, and this Brown switch is just right for me, reducing greatly the number of accidental clicks.
I do wish they would provide a few more keycaps for modifier keys. I am used to the Mac layout but I primarily use Linux now, so having a keycap with Super printed would be appreciated.
I don’t need the backlight and I wish they made a version with no lighting and shave off a couple of bucks.
Great purchase overall!

Premium body, awesome keys, not too loud, very customizable keys. Well worth it

The build quality on this is great. I like the clicking sound.
The low profile is more preferred for me.
The pro version is helpful because I can remap any key.
This layout version is what I was looking for: small on my desk, but also has an extra row above the numbers and an extra row on the right side.
The only downside that I’m experiencing is that the command key is narrower than what I’m used to on Apple keyboards. So my left thumb has to reach farther under my hand to hit the common key. This I don’t know why they designed it like this when you consider that the space bar is much wider than needed. The command key is probably the most frequently used non-text typing key, considering all the Mac shortcuts I use with the common key.

Got the Keychron K3 Pro w/ brown switches as my first mechanical keyboard after doing a lot of research. I was pleasantly surprised with the build quality and typing experience it provided!
For typing profile, all I can say is — keyboard ASMR. It’s so addicting to type on, with the perfect satisfying “thunk” from the PBT caps and Gateron brown switches. I love the low profile as it’s similar to typing on laptop keyboards, something I am used to. I got used to it pretty quickly. As with many TKL keyboards out there, the right shift key is truncated. I personally never use it (lol) but it may take some getting used to for those that do.
Both Bluetooth and wired connectivity work really well. I haven’t yet played around with the programmable macros, but others have said they work fine.
I got the model with just white backlight. They make one that is RGB for $20 more. I like the cleaner, more professional look of the white but the RGB seems nice too. Only thing with the backlight is that it it’s overly bright, mostly due to the key caps not passing light through, something mentioned in the description. I don’t mind it at all, and it keeps the aesthetic clean with a more slated look.
Overall, great buy. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a clean, compact wireless keyboard with a good typing experience for gaming, school, office, or more.

I love this keyboard. It’s such a pleasure to type on. The sound it makes is pure ASMR and makes you want to just sit there and type away. Maybe its just my first mechanical keyboard but oh is it nice. The slim form factor is perfect for me, great height and width. Perfect amount of key travel. Feels solid. Looks super clean. Key caps have excellent oil resistance, they never look greasy or shiny like some keyboards do when you look at them the wrong way.
The only problem is that the battery life leaves something to be desired. It’s not terrible but could be a lot better. With the backlight OFF, I’m having to recharge every 3-5 days with 5-10 hour work days. And my workflow does not involve heavy typing by any standards. The specs say 100 hours but that’s not happening for me. It seems like I’m getting closer to the specified backlight ON battery life of 33 hours with the backlight OFF. Not sure if this is just my unit or a universal problem.
Overall I’d still recommend it for the excellent user experience and quality construction. Just be aware that the battery life may not meet the specs.

I haven’t tried any Keychron products before this, but I’m now a fan. The switches feel great, and the size makes this a solid choice if you’re looking for a keyboard to use with an SBC like the Raspberry Pi, Jetson Nano, etc.

Great feel and sound. My only issue is it takes a second to connect, then needs to re-connect after the initial connection (Mac). Pretty lame, but it’s the only issue. The battery lasts in wireless mode for a very very long time and I’m super pleased with it.
