Let me start by saying if you are looking for a compact bluetooth mechanical keyboard that is ultra portable this is it. I’ve had this keyboard for 2 weeks now and this keyboard is flat out one of my favorite keyboards that I’ve used in years. I have had several keychron products over the years and they have always been great.

I like the board, but it is a little irritating to spend $120 on a premium-level KB with per-key RGB and find out the keycaps they include are NOT backlit (i.e., shine through) – but for another $30+ you can get the identical, backlit version of the keycaps…ya know, the ones that you assume the board would come with in the first place. I did find this “clarification” deep in the description after the fact, but the ambiguity of the odd wording they chose just makes it more obvious what they are doing.

This is my go-to and to-go keyboard. I love it that it is so compact, and the sound is pretty pleasant. I appreciate Keychron’s double-shot PBT keycaps; they feel sturdy and it is the perfect size for my typing. I love the brown switches as they are soft yet with sufficient feedback for precision. This is a good mechanical keyboard that can go with you anywhere.

Excellent 65% keyboard, but the BlueTooth connectivity was awful with my Windows PC. BT is a complaint with a lot of users of Keychron boards. The keyboard connected flawlessly to my MB Air via BT, however.
