This keyboard disconnects from my mac once every 2-3 hrs. It looks like it’s the keyboard crashing and it just becomes unresponsive for like 30 seconds. It’s very annoying when you’re trying to code. I even got a replacement and it’s the same issues.

I’ve purchased this keyboard several months ago and it’s pretty good. I like it a lot and that’s why I want to buy a second one since currently I have to carry it everyday between my office and home. However, it never arrived this time. At first, I use my apartment address, but I didn’t received. I reported missing to the customer support and they resent me another one. I used another address (office address) this time, but it wasn’t delivered successfully again. I don’t want to try a third time since I think it may be harmful to my credit. Overall, the experience is really bad this time. That’s why I gave one star for the overall rating but all five stars for the product.
