Mine was missing the “x” key cap, the front plastic cover had grease all over it, and the switch to select connection mode rattled and did not work.
I’m sure its a nice board if they send you a functional/new one.

This keyboard is a nice, compact, good feeling keyboard. My one complaint is that the power save mode sleeps after 10 minutes which became annoying to me so I disabled the sleep feature. The keyboard does not turn off after 10 minutes now but I have to charge it more often, like every other or third day. No problem as I just plug it in to power at night and in the morning it’s fully charged.
