- 81 KEYS MECHANICAL KEYBOARD The V1 is a fully customizable mechanical keyboard ready for any situation. It’s a great option for getting started in the world of custom keyboards as each component can be easily assembled. With its compact 75% layout and acoustic silicone pad, the V1 is designed for maximum writing comfort and boosts productivity.
- FULLY CUSTOMIZABLE FROM INSIDE TO OUTSIDE To build a fully customizable keyboard, we engineered each component to be easily mounted, including keycaps, switch, gasket, plate and housing foam if you want. Thanks to QMK and VIA support, you can easily program and reassign each key on the keyboard. Open source firmware offers endless possibilities for keyboard layouts, shortcuts, backlight effects and much more.
- HOT SWAP SUPPORT The pre-lubricated mechanical linear red switch provides unparalleled tactile response with a lifespan of up to 50 million strokes. You can also replace the V1 on the fly with almost all 3 pin and 5 pin mechanical MX switches on the market (including Cherry, Gateron, Kailh, Panda, etc.) without the need for soldering. The board mounted, screw-on stabilizer for “big buttons” such as spacebar, shift, enter key and erase button ensures less wobble and smooth performance.
- Compatible with macOS and Windows systems: The Keychron V1 is designed with the experience of Mac users in mind, while maintaining compatibility with Windows devices. It has a system switch and an additional set of customized keycaps for Windows and macOS systems. You can now save two different layouts on the keyboard.
- DOUBLE SHOT PBT KEYCAPS & SOUTH FACING BACKLIGHT The V1 is equipped with our unique OSA profile and double shot PBT keycaps designed to provide a more comfortable and subtle fingertip feel with excellent oil resistance for long-term use. South facing RGB lighting is designed to better illuminate the backlight of the keyboard from the point of view of the tipper, when the user equips the V1 with alternative Cherry Profile keycaps.
