I was given one of these for Christmas last yr (2017). Tested it out and it worked fine on my multiboot gaming Win10 system. Then it went on the shelf as I had the flu and bronchitis… Tried to start using it again a couple of weeks ago. Tried running the calibration tool in Set up USB game controllers on Win 10. Unit totally fails. Mouse stick only works in the right direction and then is not proportional. Going into test panel no keys work and again joy stick only works going right. Have a clean OS installation but the device will not work there either. Contacted Logitech 5 days ago or tried to and no response at all. The serial number is close to impossible to read and have ordered a 10x magnifying glass to attempt to read it as my 2x one is inadequate. Logitech make good mice especially their trackballs and good keyboards but their game stuff is utter crap (have the X56 hotas setup and the extreme 3D stick).

I’m very happy!!! I already use a G510s gaming keyboard and the G13 uses the same software and drivers!! I used to use Razer gamepads but, after the most recent Windows update the Razer software stopped working. I have had other problems with Razer in the past. Now I probably won’t ever use a Razer product again.
