Well, I loved Logitech stuff, I’ve been using their brand of peripherals for more than ten years, since I bought my first M525 wireless mouse I haven’t stopped buying their products… until I used this keyboard.
Yes, it was a second-hand purchase, but I didn’t expect that shortly after using it, the LEDs would start to fail, although the switches didn’t present any problems, having a product in this aesthetic state makes you reconsider your spending, even more so if it happens within its warranty period, which thank goodness in this case, I was able to return it and buy a new one from another keyboad, an AULA F99 Pro.
And it’s sad, really, that their products have started to rise in value but that this doesn’t go hand in hand with improving their quality or performance.
For the moment, I will continue using my G305 mouse, but I really don’t think I will buy their products again and I will be looking at another brand to replace it with in the future.

The keyboard’s cable was all kinked and parts of the plastic casing were exposed through the braded mesh, I didn’t really think it would be an issue but I’m assuming that’s what is causing the over current error. And to add insult to injury my return date ended 2 days ago so I’m stuck with a broken keyboard and have to spend another $100.

Quality was good

One of the best keyboards I have ever owned, feels solid and if I took better care would probably last longer. Will definitely buy again.

Love the keyboard when it comes to the USB passthrough for my PowerPlay Mouse pad. But the Feel and response of the Brown Switches is next to horrible. If i had to do it over I would not buy this keyboard with Brown Switches more like Blue. I have looked into swapping them out for MX Blue keys. **NOTE this keyboard is not Hot swappable Key switches.

I like the keyboard. It feels nice to type on. Why it needs 2 USB ports seems weird. I have had keyboards in the past that acted like a USB hub (like this one does) and only needed 1 USB port. The keyboard also doesn’t seem to have a Num lock indication light. There is a CAPS lock indication light. If you plan on changing the keycaps, the space bar is a weird size, and I couldn’t replace it.

The red only rgb feels outdated though I don’t mind as I turn it off anyway.
The keyboard responds well though one key had a weird bump from day 1.
The keys wore off prematurely but support was quick to send a replacement (upgrade)

Great performing keyboard, nice lighting. Comfortable to use for its size. A bit expensive, but worth it.

Really good product, was skeptical because it was refurbished. But it looks and works like a brand new one and it’s been a few months.

I purchased a version of this keyboard several years ago for $65 new, and I can’t bring myself to pay the new inflated price of > $100, so I went with this refurbished option.
No noticeable defects, and it works as it should. Also, this keyboard is way better than the redragon K556. That thing is getting returned.

Looks good and sounds amazing definitely worth it for its price! The only problem is the 1 on the number pad it doesn’t work sometimes.

When I first ordered this I was a little skeptical because it is refurbished, but once I received it I was in shock. The cord appeared brand new, the keys are all perfect with the nice rubbery grip on them, and the keyboard even had the peel away plastic on it. It appeared brand new, the company that does the refurbishing did an astonishing job.
You won’t regret this purchase!

I need a new keyboard so, *whatever*. It works but I swear it’s so loud it startles the cats. ‘Tactile’ is supposed to be very quiet while providing physical response. This thing sounds like an entire keyboarding class.
