Upgraded from Logitech G215, to the G815. So far, it types with less effort than the previous keyboard. I like the clickity sound it makes, but I was shocked by the dual USB cable it has attached. My fingers feel like they are dancing across the keys, versus the other one, where it felt like my fingers had to climb mini mountains to get on top of the key and press it. I also can appreciate the lower profile of the overall size of the device. It takes up less room than the previous keyboard. At such a significant reduction in price from its original listing, this was a great deal!

I may be on some kind of spectrum because I can’t get over how tactilely satisfying it is to press each key. I don’t really care about the clicky noises, but that secondary “give” when you press down on a key is…*chef’s kiss*
My only complaint is something others have already noted: There is no backlight illumination for the symbols beneath the numbers, making it impossible to see if the room is dark at all.
I also don’t think it’s possible to program macros for the G keys without having some kind of app installed? I looked into it in multiple places, including the instruction manual, but it didn’t appear to be possible without additional software.

In my humble opinion, this is the best keyboard money can buy (I prefer it over the wireless version). The clicky model is far more satisfying to use than, well, anything. This keyboard is built on a steel frame, yet is still sleek and stylish.
I have purchased several G815s, usually at or around the regular purchase price of $200.00. Even at $200.00, I would say this is a good deal.
The keyboard I received for this purchase was in perfect condition. I have no complaints whatsoever, and the value is outstanding.

Came with broken backslash keycap, though not surprising for these particular ones. Other than that, came as expected for a refurb.
As for the product itself, good clicky mechanical keyboard that could use better caps to begin with. They feel to fragile for comfort at times.

Holy cow…what isn’t to like about this keyboard? I didn’t want to buy a premium keyboard because I felt like it would be a waste of money and I just needed a secondary for my gaming laptop but DANG…I love this keyboard to an unhealthy point. The key click is so crispy and precise with satisfaction running though my fingers with every key stroke. This keyboard is very thin and the cool brushed metal surface is so stunning. I love how with the RGB off it looks professional, with it on it looks dope af. I will never buy another keyboard so long as the G815 Clicky variant stays on the market. 10/10 would marry this thing.

It has been one thing or another, and their customer service is pointless. I had to help their service team with my problem with their software because it’s garbage and wouldn’t ever load. I finally got it to work but their customer service had no idea how to help me when I finally got a hold of someone. Then it happened again and they still hadn’t updated their forums with the solution for fixing their software, so I had to dig for days until I remembered how I fixed it.
And then another issue: my P key is now double-typing about half the time I press it. I found out that it’s a known issue with most of Logitech’s keyboards. There is no fix; you must buy a new key chip or keyboard. Sorry about your luck.
I remember when Logitech was the gold standard for gaming computers. Now, it’s garbage. I regret this purchase. And I do love this keyboard.. but dang. What a huge pain in the butt. Especially because I got it for writing too, and if I have to double-check as much as I should while writing my book, I might as well just use my old keyboard.
