   The headphones were great when I first got them. They do tend to make my ears hot so I don’t like wearing them for long periods of time. I only wear them occasionally when gaming. They were pretty solid for at least the 1st year of using them. When I started to have some issues with audio I contacted support and they had me reset them which seemed to fix my issues temporarily. At this point I’ve waited too long and they are now outside the warranty period. When I power the headphones on everything lights up, but you don’t get the initialization beep from the left headphone. There is no audio from the left headphone when this happens. If I power them off and on over and over again they might work 1 out of 15 times. Even when I can get them to work temporarily they cut out in the middle of using them. I haven’t tried taking them apart yet, but I’ve stubmled across some videos for fixing the faultly power button on the G933. I assume this is the same problem with my 935 headset. I probably wouldn’t buy them again.

   Really loved this headset…while it lasted. It’s comfortable and convenient with a host of features. A really great product. Except there seems to be a fault at the power button. Eventually, the button wears out and when you turn it on, you have to fiddle with it to get it in the correct position or you can’t hear any sound. Or you can only hear out of one ear. It’s extremely annoying to have to sit there for minutes and adjust it so that it will work. The first headset lasted only a year. Logitech was kind enough to replace it, but 2 years later, this one has the same problem. I’m just going to buy a different model, which is a shame, because I like this headset otherwise. The range is pretty good and the battery isn’t too bad, but I can’t keep contacting support every one or two years. If you’re only looking for a 1 or 2 year headset, this is great! Otherwise, I would go towards other models. Minus 1 star for each headset that broke and we get 3 stars 🙂

   I purchase the Logitech G933 headset back in Jan. 2018. They lasted for 3 1/2 yrs. until Jun of 2021. At that time I replaced them with G935. Newer Model same gaming headset. Lasted Until Nov. 2022, not even 18 months. They seem to have a loose connections in the wiring or circuit board. Channels and or Microphone cut out. Tap the headphones or turn them on and off a couple of times might get the 7.1 Surround back… or maybe not. I choose not to repurchase Logitech brand this go around. I feel they should have lasted 3-4 yrs of at home gaming.

    I’d like to start off by saying I have never had problems with Logitech products before. I have been using them for decades (mouse/keyboards) and the products are usually top notch lasting YEARS. However this set of headphones really let me down. I bought them in 2020 around Christmas time and the power button like others here have spoken about failed in exactly a year’s time, Christmas 2021, and the ear pads and head rest at the top started to flake around the same time. Similar issues happened with the mic flip to mute and unmute option. I thought it was just a bad batch, as you can see in the picture it’s still in great condition. I never dropped it, never hit, knocked it, bent it. I take really good care of my things. So I decided to try again and luckily I was still within warranty so I contacted custom service about it to get a replacement because like I said I am a fan of Logitech products and have been using them most of my gaming life. 20+ years. So I really wanted to give them another chance. Customer service was GREAT, let me just say that. They sent a replacement for me with no hassle and this time. This second set I took EVEN greater care of them and to my surprise in almost a year’s time it started to fail with the same issues, (power button and flip mic) Sometimes I have to turn it on and off or just touch the power button slightly when I turn it on just to get sound out of both sides of the headset, you can really tell that there is some sort of electrical shorting happening around the power button. Recently the mic wouldn’t even come on after the usual power on sound alert. I have to unplug the USB dongle and plug in back in then turn on the headset again and most times that fixes the mic turning on at least. I am really disappointed in this set of headphones from Logitech, a real let down. When it was working it was great, good sound everything but after a year power button and mic issues are the downfall. I really think they need to change the power button from a switch to a press button. TLDR: Headset was great while it lasted, but the power button, the not getting consistent sound on both sides, flip to mute mic failing, and ear pads flaking after a year both times are real issues.. Regretfully I’m gonna have to look elsewhere for a better headset.

    The sound quality is good, noise cancellation is weak, which I don’t really care about. Also, pads are leathery material so it might be annoying in hot/humid weather. I like the weight and bulky size of this headphone. Update: 6 months in, the sound started to echo heavily like someone took the source of the sound and walking away. It keeps fading away until some point where I can barely hear the echoed sound. I tried the good ol’ “hit once and it works” method and hit it on the table once. It sounds fine now. But I’ll be looking for a different headphones soon.

    The headphones and wireless connectivity are fine quality and not the focus of this review. The issue with this product is that some features (RBG, mic sensitivity, levels) are only accessible via the Logitech G Hub app. Simply put, this app is broken. Google search “Logitech G Hub not working”, and you find endless articles, forum posts, and Reddit threads discussing all manner of troubleshooting options involving restarting, reinstalling, deleting files, unplugging devices, etc. These issues seem to appear across different operating systems and devices (PC and Mac). I will save you the time of going through all these hoops and tring all these methods: they don’t work. I’ve tried them all and get the same issue found in the picture: an app that cannot successfully launch. If you are planning on using any of the features via the G Hub, please buy another product. If you do not plan to use any of those features, these headphones will work fine.

    After a year, this headset suddenly stopped charging. Opening it up, I checked to make sure the battery pack was still good/connected and found char marks on the clear plastic covering the wiring. Not sure what happened, but it seems this shorted out or was never soldered right to begin with. It’s been a year, so Im doubtful I can get any replacement. Not worth the money. Update 1/15/2023: I’ve had this replaced by Logitech twice under warranty now, and have submitted a 3rd request for yet another failure. Kudos on the company for continuing to honor their warranty and to replace defective products. But each one has failed in a different way within 6-18 months. The second had one entire side stop producing sound entirely. The latest has developed hissing, crackling and cutting out at any volume level. I’m asking the company either for a full refund of the MSRP or an equivalent replacement from another product line rather than just another G 935 destined to fail within the year and have to wast both my time and their money yet again, but likely I’ll be crossing my fingers on yet another of these.

    The headset is comfortable, its design is clunky and the microphone isn’t the best. Here are some pros and cons +comfortable +inexpensive +7.1 +wireless +metal band +battery life +profiles for games -microphone isn’t the best. Let me just add I own a 200$ studio microphone so comparing it to this isn’t the best but all my friends over discord agreed this microphone sounded like xbox party chat -squishes on head too tightly -too many buttons and clunky -volume control is a wheel with no ends Overall I’m happy with the product and price.

    So I made a mistake, I thought the volume rocker on my head set was faulty, turns out I had to reset my p.c., anyone else who has this problem out of the box, try reseting your desktop, now I can control my volume with the headset, something small and simple but gave me a headache for hours, took off a star cuz the box it came in was highly damaged, so damaged i was going to return it and the headset had these lil dents in them

    My volume button for some odd reason it doesn’t work prior. So I have to change the sound / volume through each game . And if you have Xbox one it’s not wireless to it but it comes with a aux cored that connect to your controller n headphones.. Also after few weeks my charger wouldn’t charge my headset . I have to move the wire in weird ways so it can charge

    I use a USB microphone because I love the quality of the sound that it can record. But I had a wired headset that got in the way because the wire had to go in the top of the mic. That got in the way especially when gaming or in a chat to see the wire in the video. The microphone is on a boom above my monitor so it was annoying. I was looking for a quality headset with good sound and battery life. I saw some headsets that were over $180 and the biggest difference was name brand but spec wise. It was similar. I saw Logitech had a headset as well and I already run with their other products. I wouldn’t say I’m name brand but I wanted to test it to my other headset. So far the positives! 1: Sound is fantastic! Bass is good and it has a very nice range 2: Comfortable to wear, the leather is plush and doesn’t put too much pressure on my ears 3: lights, because RBG everything I guess? 4: Battery life? Will update later 5: button layout is not in the way and easy to access Cons Not really a con but the microphone isn’t anything fancy, it seems standard but it’s nice that you can push it back in or extend it out. Good backup microphone for me.

    Not even a month of use and this headset broke after dropping it once. I accidentally knocked it off my head bending over and fell from about 3-4 feet from the ground. So I get it, it’s my fault but I’d say it’s pretty fragile. Where it broke is the rotating part of the hinge. It looks like some cheap plastic that’s used to keep it together. While I used it though. High quality sound. Buttons are kind of weird to get used to. Also don’t understand the lights on the back of the headset but you don’t need to use them.

    Bought this for roughly same price 2 years ago and it finally started being a little weird, sounds off. So I ordered another after 2 years and continuous use. Purple light is old and blue light is new. They stay in good shape. (The lights change colors on their own) Also really comfortable if you wear glasses, so hard to find a pair that isn’t smashing your glasses against your head. These do it right

    En general es un buen headset. Cómodo, durable y no es tan pesado. Debe estar acompañado del software de Logitech Gaming Hub (G Hub) para que funcione correctamente todo lo relacionado al sonido surround 7.1, equalizadores y luces rgb customizadas. La calidad del micrófono es regular, el plus es que el muteo por hardware es automático cuando subes/guardas el mismo. Lo malo es que justamente después de tanto uso que le he dado (desde 2017 si no me equivoco) el switch que lo mutea/desmutea empezó a fallar, así que debo jugar un poco para que funcione el micrófono. Debes usar en la PC el dongle que viene dentro de la orejera izquierda ya que NO es bluetooth. El cuero sintético le da un toque premium al headset, pero en un clima árido, el mismo se pelará si no se le da cuidado.

My son worked to earn these and having him open the box to find a worn and abused headset inside was embarrassing. Will see if the replacement gets delayed and arrives damaged as well.     What I love is when playing games the surround sound works great! I can tell the general direction of where something is coming from and can respond. I like that I just have to flip up the mic a little to mute, You can see this in the pictures where there is a Red light coming by the mic. The charge on these last me a long time when playing games. I wish the noise cancellation was a little better and that I could control the gain on the mic a little more. I only gave it 4 starts because it is a bit heavy and can get a little uncomfortable, but that tends to pass quickly. Still very happy, works Great, simple to set up and use.

    As soon as the 2 year warranty period ran out both earphones started cutting out. This is the second pair of these headphones that I have owned. The fist pair did the same thing. The earphones started cutting out until they eventually were completely dead. I just thought is was a fluke. So I bought a new pair, but again right when the warranty window ran out the earphones started to cut out. These headphones are far to expensive for this kind of problem. I do not recommend buying them
