   Don’t get me wrong I loved using the keyboard, but let’s be honest after just slight over a year which is longer than the limited warranty, the cable stops works that sometimes if you just get it right you will get a flake connection. Thus, the cable is defective in about a year based on my experience. Spent 70 dollars for a years which is like 20 cents per day to play on this game board. I don’t think it is worth the money. so make your own decision.

   Pros:
   * Great keyboard with a great tactile response. (this is also a Con)
   * It just feels great to type on.
   * The software is relatively intuitive and easy to use. It allows for a lot of customization. (but as you will see below it comes at a price)

   Cons:
   * LOUD. Seriously I feel like I am in Finding Forester every time I type on this thing because I really have to “PUCH THE KEYS FOR GODS SAKE”.
   * Razor software needs a lot of work. It’s loaded with bloatware and crashes frequently. It even randomly seems to reassign the keys. It takes up way more ram and processing power than a device made for gaming should.

   I liked the keyboard, though the mechanical keys are quite loud in comparison to normal keyboards. The software that must be used, Synapse 2.0, is garbage, however. It requires an online connection, it was flakey & crapped out often, and my macro keys would just stop functioning. And while trying to record macros, it would seem to get stuck in a record mode that would require me to exit the game, exit the software, and restart everything – very annoying! The software was the reason I returned the unit for a refund.

   I was expecting a lot from this product regarding price, description, etc.
   the hardware part is fine, but the support system is just horrible;
   their site is like maze to find supporting software & doesnt work well.
   when I finally installed, it still has some minor issues
   The light on the bottom doesn’t come on when I plug it in, have to restart
   Also why doesn’t that ugly logo stuck on my menu bar?

   Anyway there are lot of issues with compatibility on mac.
   I’m very disappointed…

   The keyboard worked alright for a while, but then some keys stopped working and other keys double press. I’ve tried cleaning it with compressed gas but the problems remain. Overall, this keyboard has a short life span.
