   Gave it a chance, got burned. Waiting to see if the replacement will be fully functional. If it is, I’ll update the review. Also shipping was terrible. The box was ripped and worn with very little padding, basically the width, length, and height of the keyboard itself. I could hear the keys clicking when I put any pressure on the box. When I pulled the keyboard out, half the keys had been popped off. I had to pull up a photo of the keyboard to figure where exactly all the keys went.

   The keyboard has some issues. While using the USB dongle, the software that is used to control the various settings conflicts with other mice. I was not using a Razer mouse. In an attempt to rectify the problem, I was going to use Bluetooth. Unfortunately, it would not go into pairing mode. So instead of returning it, I contacted Razer support to see if there was a solution I couldn’t find. Actually getting an agent (via Chat) requires jumping through multiple hurdles only to have them ask all of the exact same questions the Bot asked you before it would connect you. Then – they confirmed it would not connect via Bluetooth. Their solution? Return it. Now technically, they have to honor their warranty. But they didn’t. They said to send it back to the reseller. So back it goes. My advice, stick with Logitech. Over the years, their keyboards seem to work. Not as many bells and whistles as Razer but then again, if the bells don’t sound and the whistles don’t blow – what’s the point?

   It was practically a untouched keyboard no scratches anything the only thing was like others said it came in a plain boring brown box but for the savings im cool with that. Was not a fan of the small spider that was inside the plastic bag though.Works great so far no issues. I was a bit worried buying refurbished but very happy i did.
