   Coming from a Logitech keyboard for gaming that had a lower keys and lower incline I really appreciate how Razer’s overall design for this keyboard is. The green switches are really loud so if you’re like me and love the clicky sounds while typing and playing games this is perfect for you. The Razer keyboard has an additional application that you can install to control the RGB of the keyboard, it also connects with you alexa and hue lights to have everything syncing together. The biggest gripe I have with this keyboard is that the wrist rest does not attach on the keyboard (I wish for a keyboard at this price range their would of been a magnet or even a locking mechanism). Personally when I’m playing games like League the wrist rest shift over to my right every time and I have to readjust it. The keyboard can be plugged in via USB-C cable that comes in the box or Bluetooth. The media keys on the top right are also a nice touch when you just want to skip a track mid-game. The keys on this keyboard are standard so you can swap out the keys if you really want to as well.

   A very well packaged, well marketed, well designed product. Very heavy weight feel (almost feels like metal), clicky keys, multi color backlighting (customizable), rechargeable 3 mode operation (2.4ghz, bt, and wired). Comes with a nice wide wrist pad. Lots of attention to detail on this product from the packaging material to all the blacked out parts on this package. Even the plastic bags inside were smoked black. If you look closely at the end USB cable ends you will see that the aluminum is actually black chrome. Ultra small usb dongle. Good performance and latency for wifi. Use it to play max payne, Counter strike, etc. The clear plastic cover that comes with the keyboard helps protect it from dust and stains. This replaced a wireless logitech setup. You get every $ you pay for with this product. A serious gamers command center. 3 month update: The double type of many of the keys (H, #6 on the key pad, and a few other keys) have become a real headache when you are a fast and accurate typer. The real issues comes when you are entering passwords or setting up new password that are masked (you cannot see what characters you entered). Also i did recently update the firmware as many other reviewers have suggested and the razer site it self. Well guess what Im still getting the double keys on the h and on the #6 on the num pad. Lowered 2 stars. It almost becomes useless. Also i use it complete wired mode, because the battery is so small and short lived. Just a word of caution as this thing was over $200 USD, unacceptable.

   I purchase a lot of stuff from this company, so I knew that it would be good. It is seamless to connect to any computer. It has never given me any issues. Some people say that it turns off on its own after being idle, but I actually think that’s a good thing because I don’t like to charge it every single day. It actually goes a very long time without needing a charge which is also a plus. The only thing that I would say is that the keys are kind of loud. There are some people who like the loud keys, but I’m not really a big fan. People in game tell me that they can hear me typing and they’ve even said the name of this keyboard because the sound is so familiar of the loud keys being struck. Overall, I must say that it is a fantastic keyboard and would definitely continue buying products from this company because they are such great quality

   This keyboard arrived in filthy condition. It is covered in dust and greasy blotches. go-keyboard.com sent a very obviously used keyboard repackaged as if it were new. The tape on the box was barely sticking when I opened it. It also did not come with the charging cable so I have no way of seeing if it even works. For such an expensive keyboard I am extremely disappointed. Will be returning.

   This is a great keyboard for gaming. Love the clicky sound an feel of the green switches. The only reason Im giving it 4 star is because the keys (not the key caps) are soldered to the board making it a bit difficult for a faulty key to be replaced. The resting wrist pad did came off from one of the corners after a few months. But overall great keyboard still working and in pristine conditions. Recommended.

   I have the wired version of this keyboard as well. I had it for a couple of years and the audio dial would turn my game volume down to zero randomly until I unbound it. Against my better judgment I got the wireless version. Honestly it works great. I don’t have the same issues as before but razer keyboards just sound tinny when in use, regardless of which switches you get. That’s personal preference but it honestly works fine and the battery lasts forever if you have your settings on auto sleep and auto dim for the rgb

    I’ve bought a lot of keyboards, but none like the Razer BlackWidow V3 Pro. I happily opened the box, but there’s only a keyboard inside? There is no USB-C. Then why did you write the incidental in the introduction? this is very bad

    I ordered this new paying full price for a new product and this is clearly a used keyboard. The box has been cut and taped together and is bulged in the middle, the cable and wrist rest are out of their plastic pouches, and the keys sound like they have been messed with – they do not sound tight like the current Razer keyboard with green clicky switches that I currently own. If I wanted a used product, I would have saved the money and gone for the renewed version which was $40 cheaper. This product should have not been approved for shipment as a new keyboard, and will be returned for a refund. It will be returned properly packed so that packing tape isn’t needed to hold the box together, and the cable and wrist rest are returned to their individual plastic bags.

    This keyboard is made with really nice quality, it is beautifully lit up and has no disconnection issues. The bad reviews seem to be about Razer Synapse not this keyboard which if they weren’t idiots they would know how to leave a review about the product they bought. Razer synapse works 99% of the time once in a while it has issues and you can easily repair it overall this keyboard is great.

    Oh boy, afterr telling myself so many times I’d never buy another Razerr prroduct I made the mistake of trrying this keyboard out. Never again. Issue #1: Synapse. Synapse has actually gotten a lot betterr, but that rreally isn’t saying much and it’s still horrible. Issue #2: Double typing. You may have noticed a few extrra “R”‘s throughout my rreview, that’s because I’m typing it using the blackwidow pro v3 which rirght out of the box is double type the “R” key almost every time the key is pressed. I’ve updated the firmware as well as trried it in wirred, 2.4ghz, and Bluetooth mode as well as on different machines with and without synapse, no changes! Issue #3: Keycap quality. I’ve attached a picture of the numberr pad but it really doesn’t do justice to the issue. The eteching on the keycaps is hands down the poorest job I’ve ever seen on any backlight keyboarrd, rresulting in a majority of the keys being unevenly lit with larrge dark spots on the keys. If you look at the picturre I’ve attached, any spot that is “light purprle” appearrs black in perrson with only brrighter spots actually allowing light through in perrson. Issue #4: Wrist rest. The wrrist rest actually feels pretty nice. I thought it was a major engineerirng overrsight that it didn’t have magnets or anything to keep it in place though. Turns out according to the marrketing materrial it actually adverises having magnets but mine definitely does not. Issue #5: Razer supporrt. I was going to (well trried rrather) contact razer supporrt about the issues I was having with the device, well that wasn’t possible. My serial numberr doesn’t rregisterr in their system and any attempts to submit a ticket without the serial number just rresults in an unspecified “Network errorr”. Boy did I want to love this keyboarrd, but it was a major flop for me and I will be sending it back.

    El teclado cuenta con una retroiluminación de calidad, el sonido de las teclas para mi no es molesto, supongo que si estas en un lugar de trabajo con muchas personas podria ser un detalle pero si trabajas en home office te vendra bien, la distancia a la que puedes manipularlo pasa 2 paredes de block con yeso, la velicidad del 2.4 es muy buena y la del bluetooth tambien, la transiccion entre los 3 modos ( 2.4, alambrico y bluetooth) es sorprendente, a veces puede suceder que se repiten las letras pero puedes reiniciarlo con unas teclas especiales (visita la pagina de raizer) y quedará bien

    The keyboard from Razer is one of their most premium keyboards that they sell, the build quality is excellent. The Huntsman V2 is the only keyboard that Razer sells that is more expensive. The top plate is very sturdy being made of aluminum, it adds weight to the product, but it’s worth it to get such a durable design. The switches are mechanical and the housing is transparent, allowing the RGB lighting to really shine through. ABS doubleshot plastic is used on the keycaps, which means that the legends will never wear off. A wrist rest is included, but it does not magnetically attach to the keyboard. I was surprised by this, because it can kind of slide around on your desk and a magnet would have easily solved this problem. In the product description, it says that the wrist rest is magnetic, but if that is true, the magnets are very weak and seem to not be there at all. For connection options, you get everything- USB, Bluetooth, and wireless 2.4Ghz with a USB adapter. For gaming, I would use the wireless dongle or the included USB cable. Razer includes a really nice braided USB A to USB C cable that perfectly matches the Razer brand colors. There is a tiny compartment on the bottom of the keyboard to store the wireless adapter when it is not in use. A tactile switch is on the left side of the keyboard to switch between the 3 modes. I found all the connectivity options to be very reliable on several different Windows PCs. I found the battery life to be really good when used wirelessly, I could never kill it in less than 3 days even with the brightness turned up to maximum and gaming for 4+ hours each day. The Synapse 3 application lets you customize this keyboard in numerous different ways, you can go down a rabbit hole with all of the different possibilities. I just used it for customizing the lighting, but even that has extensive options on what you can control. The keyboard can store 5 profiles locally, this is handy if you have multiple PCs that you plan on using this with. If you own any other Razer accessories then you will be familiar with this program. The model that I have has the green clicky switches and I absolutely love typing on this keyboard. I write a lot of reviews for go-keyboard.com, and even though I have a really nice laptop with a great keyboard, I still try to type all my reviews using this Razer keyboard whenever I am at home. The media controls are super useful too, I love being able to control the volume and play/pause media with dedicated buttons. You can customize them to control other things too (like the keyboard brightness). I am very happy with this keyboard, I now use it as my one and only desktop keyboard. It is expensive, but if you want an excellent mechanical keyboard that gives you the freedom to use it wirelessly, USB, and bluetooth but without having to make any compromises, then this is one of the best choices available.

    I was one of the lucky go-keyboard.com vine member to get to try this “Razer BlackWidow V3 Pro Mechanical Wireless Gaming Keyboard” with “Green Mechanical Switches”. I personally collect a numerous of mechanical keyboards, such as “corsair K70”, “ROCCAT Vulcan 120 AIMO”. I also tested and reviewed many Chinese made, cheaper mechanical keyboard from Anker, Ajazz(“Ajazz AK35I”) , etc. So I had good expectation of what a good mechanical keyboard should offer. I got this for my son, who already own a razer wireless deathadder mouse. Here is our review. The good: – Very good quality. The keyboard is well built with solid quality. – Enjoyable mechanical switch. These green switches are clicky and also responsive. – Multiple connection modes for different uses. – Ergonomic: comes with a very comfortable magnetic wrist rest. – RGB that’s customizable via software. – Dedicated multimedia controls with the volume dial. These are must have for me. Other thoughts and summary. The biggest complaint I have is its price tag. This keyboard is much more expensive than razer’s own wired keyboard with same switches. Unlike mouse, wireless is less important for keyboard base on my experience. So it will be very unlikely for me to pay such a high premium myself to get this keyboard. However, I have to say the keyboard is well built and enjoyable to type on. My teenager son is using it daily for both school work and gaming. He is very happy about it. (Of course, he is not as price sensitive as I am.)

    Defects:
    – Volume rocker skips levels, and sometimes turns the level down instead of up. Tried to troubleshoot on PS, Ubuntu and MacOS. Shame on you Razer.

    Design Flaws:
    – Dust and fingerprints are easily stuck to the body and keys
    – Taking too long to charge and ends up with me leaving it plugged in the majority of the time.
    – The app only works on Windows, and you will be stuck with the stock lighting effects if you are using Lunix or MacOS.
    – Non-removable switches.

    Value for money:
    – Absolutely no value for money.
    – Charging a big premium for trashy hardware.

    The first thing I noticed was the extremely well cushioned wrist rest. It feels so comfortable that I want to have it on every keyboard. It doesn’t clip or magnetize on to the keyboard, so I could put it on any other keyboard, but it also means I have to grab 2 things whenever I need to pick up my keyboard. The backlighting on this keyboard is beautiful. It’s somewhat muted, but it’s done so perfectly even that it looks elegant. It somehow looks more futuristic than other backlit keyboards just due to the light peaking through the tight font on the keys. The keys have a very nice bump, but they also make the snap noise that I find to be distracting. It’s great for typing as that extra feedback clicks something in my brain like an ASMR sensation. For an office near a bedroom, it can make things difficult. The big star of the show is the wireless functionality. It works flawlessly, and the fact that this is a full on mechanical backlit keyboard that is also portable, makes this an ideal keyboard to pair with the laptop. Overall a fantastic keyboard. Highly recommended.
