   This is a great keyboard to use for gaming. The keys are pretty quiet and soft compared to the mechanical keyboard. My boyfriend has the mechanical and I decided to go with this one because I prefer cheaper routes and I’d probably go insane listening to two mechanical keyboards clacking away at once all night long. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the lights are not bright at all. The mechanical keyboard is 10x more brighter and I realize that’s not what this product is all about. I also know that the quality depends on the price. Razor is all about the expensive lighting implemented within their products, but the lights are so dim that I feel like this keyboard would be better off without the lights all together. Other than that I recommend it if you dont care much for the lighting. Razor is a really good brand and this keyboard is great for beginners looking to start out in style.

   I love the Chroma Lite version because I get that RGB effect a little, without being too flashy, especially as I use this keyboard for work. Love typing on the keys as well, and weighty in a good way- not too flimsy.

   When purchasing this keyboard, my needs were something that allowed for more comfortability than my regular laptop keyboard, added aesthetic to my desk setup, and performed well. This Razer Cynosa Lite was EXACTLY what I was looking for and more. I was really happy with the price (first and foremost) and the added bonus of having the Razer brand. I love the feel and sound of the keyboard and the customizable backlighting as well. Even in full light exposure, the backlighting is still visible! So happy I went with the Cynosa Lite!

   I realize mechanical is all the rage these days, but as someone who didn’t grow up with it, and dual uses stuff for gaming and work i appreciate a quality option that is not mechanical, that was a huge requirement for me to get something. I also appreciate that while it has some RGB to it, it’s not the typical unicorn vomit everyone else is offering. If you’re an older gamer who wants something that works, but doesn’t want your desk looking like it’s straight out of fast and furious, this is fantastic.

   Exactly what I was looking for for the price it works awesome, and it has its own software. My only qualm is that some of the led lights are super dim for some reason like the keys are out of reach of the light. But I bought it for the keyboard not the lights, we’re just a bonus so I would definitely suggest.

   My 12 yo son loves this keyboard and Razer products generally. He likes the diff color lights, the way the keys pop off and he can wash them if needed, the feel of them, etc.

    Great product. The feeling of the keys and the responsiveness when using the keyboard is awesome. Also razer does have a greatsoftware that allows for wide configuration. It is also more low profile than other keyboards with tons of lights. The only thing to regret is not buying before.

    Got this to replace a $20 keyboard that managed to last almost 5 years of daily use and wanted something slightly less flashy than the typical “gaming” keyboard but still had some rgb. The W key was chipped within the first few days, S, D, and E keys soon followed. Everything else still works perfectly so I guess that’s good but if you care about how the keyboard looks long term maybe look at a different option.

    Pretty disappointed in this keyboard. First thing I noticed taking it out of the box is that it’s all cheap plastic, definitely nothing fancy. Plugged it in and instantly knew I was returning it. The keys are unevenly lit. The backlighting is splotchy with dark spots. It looks really bad and cheap. Had the return setup within minutes of receiving this thing.

    This keyboard is cheap and feels okay to type with. The O and D keys were flipped during manufacturing. You can’t easily swith the key caps because these aren’t the mechanical keys you think of when you think of a mechanical keyboard.

    I just unpacked and hooked this baby up. As usual, it worked immediately. Razer Synapse picked it up right away. To my surprise, the keys are so much quieter than what I originally expected. The texture of the keys are great as well. Smooth but with a slight coarse feel. This does apply to the rest of the keyboard as well, the areas where your thumbs would normally rest under the spacebar, etc. I like it, a lot. I do a mixture of gaming between FPS and MMORPG. Button-mashing and rotation-unleashing in WoW is perfect on this keyboard. Shift-sprinting and player movement in FPS’s feels perfect. It’s wild because I realize how smooth my previous keyboard was on the keys and with a coarse feel in my keys now on this one, I love this one so much better.

    Razer keyboard constantly resets backlight settings on keyboard. Every time you long onto to your PC you will not be able to see any of the characters on the keys. Also I can tell this keyboard will not last very long -it was advertised previously on go-keyboard.com as a mechanical keyboard but CLEARLY is not mechanical.

    Razer also prompts you to log in every day and the “remember me” option does not work. It is obnoxious, considering the durability of their products has gone downhill in the last several years.
