Compré un teclado mecánico bastante caro, y desde que empecé a utilizarlo me empezaron a doler las muñecas porque es bastante alto y las teclas se pulsan con apoyarlas, por lo que ejercía demasiada tensión en los dedos y en las muñecas.
Compré este reposamuñecas por la marca básicamente, y estoy muy satisfecho. Lo uso a diario y me ha ayudado a evitar dolores de muñeca. No creo que sea para todo el mundo, eso sí, no sé hasta qué punto sería recomendable para teclados muy bajos (o delgados).
Si tienes un teclado alto, sí que lo recomiendo.

This stuff is too soft. As a result when you put your wrists down, it offers no resistance and the wrists start aching after a while. I found the Keychron wrist-rest to be better compared to this Razer one.

its perfect but it moves sometimes . if you will put it on a table it will be fine for a couple of months and then you need to clean the feet . If you will use it on a mouse pad it will move constantly.
