   I found this whole product to be a let down, I’m not sure who’s hand this is supposed to fit but it certainly isn’t mine, my daughters, or my friends on either of the two size settings, non of us could reach the “space bar” without taking our hands off the rest of the keys. The keys themselves felt “mushy” and unresponsive, and in my case failed to register the keypress a lot of the time even after adjusting them in the software. As for the software, well, I suppose it’s no worse than “gaming” software from other companies but that’s not a compliment.

   i had one before it worked great for about 6 years, a few of the buttons quit working, so i bought the new and improved version. after several tries, updates too software, drivers, research into issue, i could not use the game device, it will not program properly to the Path of Exile controls, buttons cross over to other controls. it’s as though some of the buttons on the device are wired wrong. it should be simple, press A for this button, it does, press D for this one, it does, but in game play, A becomes T, B becomes W, after a few days i gave up and unplugged it

   No keyboard & wrist rest combo could match the comfort that the Tartarus Pro provides. The way it cradles your hand is like no other… it just fits perfectly & allows you to map the exact keys you need to have that edge in the game. I use this to play a bunch of different games and I’ve mapped out my keys to similar actions across different games so it helps that it’s the same keys for me even if it’s technically different keys for the actual game. The continuity for the programmed keys helps so much. I just purchased it in white also so that when I switch to my white keyboard it’ll match too lol. If you’re a PC gamer and use a mouse & keyboard then you definitely need to get this, it’ll be a game changer for sure.

   They removed a button for a mouse wheel, sucks. The buttons are a bit different from the previous version. Not a fan of the sometimes complicated software, or updates that break your settings.

   Other than that it’s good. Out of the limited number of like products this is as good as it’s going to be. When it works, it’s great. Turn off auto update.

   I play a lot of different games and this works really well for most of them so far. I am particularly happy with the results while playing World of Warcraft. I like to raid and end up healing a lot of the time. This makes it so much easier for me to be able to continue to heal and be on the move so I am not taking damage. I went from middle of the road to a top healer in just a couple weeks. There is a learning curve as expected before your muscle memory reacts the way you need it to but it didn’t take nearly as long as I thought it would.
   I am a lady and I have very small hands so the top numbers are not reachable but everything else is comfortable and usable. Maybe a version for people with smaller hands Razor? It’s a common complaint in the reviews I read but not a deal breaker for me.

   A buddy had recommending a gaming keypad from razer for PC gaming but this is a bit of a pricier model! I picked this one up for about 10 bucks under its standard price because it had been previously owned but it appears thst it was barely even used! It’s in excellent working condition, extremely customizable, and you can create custom profiles that only activate upon the launch of a particular application. The possibilities are endless! Thank you guys!

   I had the Orb weaver, and this is the newer replacement version. This one is built better and should last me a long time. The old one just wore out. I like the adjustably of the key’s sensitivity, led buttons and just how much easier it is to use than a keyboard.

    Love the way it feels, trying to go back to a regular keyboard feels weird. The customization for all the keys work great and I feel can add to the immersion depending on the game you’re playing. Being able to use the joystick/D-pad to input stratagems in Helldivers 2 feels so satisfying!

    I like the fact that I can assign different colors to keys based on how I use them. So when I set them to act like the WASD keys, I can make them all the same color. I make my fire key and other functions their own colors. The rest of the keys that I have not assigned functions to just flicker like flames. This keypad uses the Razer Synapse 3 drivers, so I have to run both Synapse 3 and 2 at the same time to covered my older Razer keyboard. I doesn’t seem to be a problem.

    The Tartarus pro has been a great alternative to a regular keyboard. I was having a lot I difficulty trying to switch from a controller.
