   I purchased the tartarus as I really enjoy (and still do) using the original nostromo keypad.

   I needed a second one to go with my other pc/laptop The tartarus uses razer synapse 2.0. The tartarus is comfortable and easy to use. Has an extra row of keys and works well.

   Only issue for me, seems to conflict with my razer keyboard if it’s plugged in at boot time. Apparently this is a bug with certain keyboard combos. But can be worked around by simply unplugging it at boot time then works fine.

   Otherwise a good product.

   To star with, this is hands down the most comfortable and ergonomic one handed keyboard you can buy. Down side is it’s absolutely awful software. Key feature of this thing is fully programmable macros and custom key mapping sets, expect it’s not sins soft won’t even install. Instant hard crash on win 10 (desctop) and win 11 (laptop) uppon trying to install Razer’s own software sweet. Not all is lost thought since I tried this keyboard on ps 4 pro and used third party key mapping software (xim apex) I had the idea to modify simple freeware for custom mapping and it worked. I believe it’s absolutely appalling that after you pay 150£ you have to DIY working soft yourself

   The joystick for the thumb really makes it the ideal blend between peypad and a games controller, I love this and it’s made my pc gaming more fun as I’ve always been a console player, well at least I was.
