   I order this product for my son who recently built a gaming computer, the keyboard he had bought had some problems so i ordered him this, he really liked the colors on the keyboard but he noticed that when playing a game the D & 3 keys were hard to press. He also noticed that not every key did exactly what they were suppose to. He was incredibly disappointed, he even emailed the company but did not get a response.

   this is probably one of the greatest feeling keyboards I have ever used. Unfortunately I had to return the item due to a lighting malfunction, however don’t let that steer you away. Great keyboard, great features all at a bargain price.

   Amazing keyboard! (currently using it as I type)
   The RGB lighting had any color you would want, the software is very easy to install, just go to the steelseries website and download the software, one software is needed for all steelseries products. The custom keys are easy to configure and use.

   Feels great to type on but one thing to keep in mind is this keyboard feels very different from others, when I first got it I kept clicking on the “CAPS” button instead of “A” and I was also used to going to the top left button for “Escape” but found myself clicking L1 or L2 (the bonus keys on the keyboard). After about 2-3 days of using it for gaming I got used to it so it isn’t that big of a deal.

   Overall a great keyboard! Definitely recommend getting the refurbished version because of the much cheaper price. (they will work the same either way)

   Its nice. Works well. But def not for gaming, I use it for work. The older version is better.
