   This board really should not have been released. It was just released with some additional colorful keycaps in the hopes of getting some attention I guess. It’s sturdy, however that just wasn’t enough to keep it around. Bubb bye now.

   Purchased to replace an ages old Corsair full-size board. Tote it to work along with a 10-key and wireless mouse, and use it at home so I type on it quite a lot on a daily basis. Has been great, reliable and excellent value. It has more functions (macros) than I require, but nice to know the function is there if I decide to use.

   I’ve been using this keyboard for a little while now. Generally as a programmer I’m not fond of most ~60% keyboards (this one is 65) but why I wanted to try this one was because it does include a backtick/tilde key thanks to the extra keys this has. RGB works pretty standard (though less light patterns than some other manufacturers), haven’t had any issues with LEDs going out. Where this keyboard shines for me is the ease of hotkeys and functions being available with FN key combinations. The only switches (other than the keyboard keys) is ON/OFF and the bluetooth ON/OFF. You can use it wireless with provided dongle, bluetooth, or wired. The only things I can really complain about are the switches not being very smooth and the angle. The switches aren’t bad, but really nothing to write home about. There are no extendable feet on the bottom of this keyboard so the angle it comes with allows for no adjustments. Didn’t think this would be a problem, but it is angled a little too much for me. I like the detachable frame, I think the keyboard looks better without it.

   Love this keyboard & how you can use interchangeable key caps and you could even change the mechanical switches underneath the key caps!!! I absolutely love this keyboard! And I bought it over a year ago already or close to it & it’s still going the way it should! 👍👍👍 definitely recommend!

   I have always said great things about Royal Kludge keyboards for being exceptionally affordable and well built for its price point. This time however, it was a bit of a miss. The keyboard is so light and hollow so when typing on it, you can definitely hear the inferiority of the parts. It absolutely is not a creamy sounding keyboard. There’s hardly any layers after cracking it open. With some simple mods, I suppose it can be slightly better sounding. The red switches are generally smooth when typing down and on the more quiet side of switches. They aren’t that great sounding on this keyboard but with some lube, it can sound more thockier. I do like the keycaps hence why I wanted to try the keyboard. It looks like a moa keycap profile which is more rounded and fun to type on. The tri mode connection and the keycaps are the only redeeming parts of the keyboard that justifies its price. So if you’re looking for a cute wireless keyboard at a budget, you could consider this. Royal Kludge has other keyboards that perform better and are reasonably priced. 3.5 stars

   Ive had this for 1 and ½ of a month and on some keys the rgb died and i never have food or drinks near my setup and i take very good care of this all the keys do still work but dont know why the rgb broke so fast? ive also tried many ways to fix it such as reseting the keyboard and disassembleing it and inpluging and repluging the wires

   I need a back lit portable keyboard for lap and this fits the bill. I only use one back lit color (see pic suppose to be white and that pic is as lowest setting) I’m not into them loony type colors flashing like I’m at Coney Island or Great Adventureland. So ridiculous and headache causing when looking at keyboard to type. I’ve own a wireless RK keyboard before, (RK 78 ? I forget) lasted a little over 2 years,but worked great, but it was better because when not in use the back light shut off in seconds when not in use ,and saves battery from draining. This model RK G68 takes forever ,maybe 15 minutes or more ,which uses up the battery. It’s so long I always forget to time it. Good thing is you can shut off the back lights when not typing ,hit function key and down arrow. It has Bluetooth and Radio. Radio didn’t always take key types (only about 2 ft away from PC) so I switched to the Bluetooth and works fine. I don’t sit at desk ,this is for home use on lap and is what I use it for I’m happy.
