I receive a refurbished keyboard instead of a new one that I ordered. I know it’s refurbished because it has a sticker stating so on the bottom by the serial code.

I did request a refund and got my money back.I really loved the purple and blue lighting mode and other lighting modes.This keyboard is really popular and fast so you know I had to try it out.Refurbished basically means returns with problems but it those problems had been fixed but when I tell you that this keyboard literally stopped working after 2 hours anyways I was really bummed about this.

La tecla de inicio de windows dejo de iluminar a las pocas semanas. Parece que lo hayan hecho durar lo necesario para evitar devoluciones. Ahora la letra Q solo ilumina en Rojo, haciendome poner el teclado en este color forzosamente si no quiero que mi TOC se apodere de mi. Sinceramente lamentable. Son detalles minimos, el teclado es bueno pero de que me sirve un teclado retroiluminado que se va fundiendo a las semanas? La iluminacion es importante por que sin esta en verdad es dificil distinguir las letras.

Este teclado lo compre durante el Hot Sale del 2024. Hace poco mas de unas semanas varios switches dejaron de funcionar de manera repentina. Comenzó con las letras (O y L) y luego se fue extendiendo a otros grupos de letras. Como pueden ver en las foto que subà donde se encuentra los interruptores es donde único funciona. No lo recomiendo para nada. Me puse en contacto con la marca y no me dieron solución alguna. Me dijeron que como vivo en México no pueden enviar sus productos. Teclado Caro y poco confiable. Dinero tirado a la basura.
