I bought this kit a while ago and have been using it non stop, the mouse feels a little small but its ok, keyboard is amazing, yes you cant customize what it sounds like, but I never really cared. headphones are also amazing, comfortable, sound good, mic is pretty good not competing with a proper desktop mic but people will know what your saying clearly. software is pretty good, the mode button doesn’t work on mine, sounds like others had the same issue so I’m guessing software issue but maybe they have fixed it by now. in conclusion totally recommend to anyone, great kit for your money.

I brought the premier bundle and while selected the wireless option m, i thought the deal price was amazing, however what i received was wired keyboard and wired mouse and wired headsets, the keyboard and mouse are fine however the headsets gets staticy and makes weird noises within 5 to 10 minutes on ps5, same issue when i used it on my laptop if i unplug and plug it back in the static noise stops but again it comes back within few minutes, i was considering buying their 7+ artics but i dont think i will since they use the same drivers as this headset.

I can’t even type this review on my PC because my ‘F’ key stopped working after 2 days of use everything worked really nice for the first 2 days but now I already have to buy a new keyboard and haven’t even used this for half a week I would just look to get something high quality and avoid the headache

Bought brand new. Everything came in nice packaging and neat. The headphones, mouse and mousepad are in great condition. The keyboard looks good and no sign of trauma but the keys (N , . ?) won’t work. I tried it on another computer won’t work. I tried to find an update on the steelseries app but found none and I updates my computer and it still won’t work. My boyfriend and I are having a hard time believing the key board it broken because it looks so new. Though obviously those specific keys won’t work.
I wish I didn’t have to return everything, just get a replacement for the keyboard and send this one back in. I’ll try and get it replaced if not then I’ll return it and when I get a new product I’ll change the review.
Got a replacement, it’s been my keyboard ever since.

Was bought as a gift, so no 5 star because I don’t use it and can’t comments on its daily driver use.
Keyboards and mice are very personal. I’ve used high end that feels bulky and mehz and I’ve used inexpensive mice / keyboards that do what you expect.
The keys felt good, the mouse fit my hand well, wasn’t heavy to move around. I do have steel case headphones, similar to what’s included in this set and I have no complaints.
If you want to make a gamer happy with this trio, it’s a good combo that was priced right. There is a wireless model as well, but I prefer corded.
