Leigh Verified Buyer –
Sturdy, good build quality, easy setup, feels good to type on and makes satisfying clicks. What more would one need from a keyboard? The volume scroll wheel is a nice extra.
There are LEDs and stuff if you’re into that.
Dr. Mike Froggatt Verified Buyer –
Switched to the Apex 7 after my long-serving Cherry keyboard finally gave up the ghost. Took a little while to adjust to the crisp action of the Apex’ keys after the low-noise switches on my previous keyboard, but now I wouldn’t go back… Typing is like playing a piano with a responsive, precision action. Great ergonomics – wrist rest is supportive but not hard; the keyboard itself is about as compact as it could be while still having a full dpad and numpad. The illumination control will probably be a big draw for some, but I’m happy just to enjoy the presets at a subtle level 😊
(And I love the little built-in display for switching profiles and configuration…)
