Bought two of these keyboards, one for work and one for gaming and after less than a year, both keyboards have the following issues, keys that create multiple of the same keys and using them wirelessly no longer works. I’ve updated the firmware, reset the keyboard multiple times and the same issues occurred. Contacted support and they don’t seem too helpful given they tell me to troubleshoot which I’ve already done. Next option is to send them in, which I’m not able to due since I need my keyboard for my job. Idc about wireless but if this keyboard did not press multiple keys at once then I’d be happy with this product at 5 stars.
