I use a macbook with a docking station. Normally, I read reviews about things not working and smirk about how much simpler it would have been to fix the problem than whine about it. I configured this with iCue for mac and had it set to do amazing things with lights etc, at which point it was AWESOME. Love the keycaps, the ergonomics with the palm-rest in place, and the spectacular RGB. When I restart however, the keyboard is unrecognized; resolution required reset of my docking station, then keyboard reset, then reboot of the computer whilst disconnected from the docking station (if still connected the login wouldn’t recognize built-in keyboard on the macbook either). After full boot, I could reconnect to the docking station again and regain full functionality. The hassle was unacceptable, so after research and a few dozen different procedure variations without a change in results, I elected to go back to my previous keyboard.

Received the keyboard in great condition, like brand new. Absolutely no signs of wear at all. Very nice keyboard, wrist rest is a nice plus, typing feels very nice with the Cherry MX Speed keys, has dedicated media buttons and volume scroll with mute button which is very nice to have. RGB makes it look even more dope(personal preference) and fully customizable using the iCue software. Only thing that I didn’t really like is that it requires 2 USB ports but it’s something very minor.

I absolutely love this keyboard. I had a cheap Logitec keyboard and mouse for quite a while and they were sturdy but not easy to clean. This keyboard has a nice flat brushed metal surface. Very easy to clean. The RGB lights look great and are very customizable. Keystrokes are nice and fluid. Not too much pressure. Just the right amount IMO. I knew I wanted a keyboard that had music controls for pausing, skipping, etc. I also wanted a a keyboard with a wrist rest and I love this one. Keys are a little more textured for finger grip compared to most keyboards I’ve owned. Especially the spacebar. Overall in love with this product.

Love this keyboard. Bought it used and it was clean and works great. I had one small issue where the #4 on the number keypad wouldn’t work. In my own ignorance, I had it replaced with another one, which had the same issue. After some advanced troubleshooting (i asked google), i discovered that there was an issue with the included software that somehow caused that number to not work. Not sure if the problem was on my installation end or on theirs, but a quick reinstall and re-setup seems to have fixed issue. 4 out of 5 stars!

Usage:
Pretty happy with this keyboard, the mx speeds are great to type on, not excessively loud and feel like a solid click each time. Though I did purchase o-rings seperatley, they are not necessary. Though, due to how light and quick the keys are, the o-rings help you to not bottom out, and do not make the keys feel squishy.
Actual Product:
The keyboard I received was in perfect condition, did not seem to have ever been used before.
Utility: The Oem software is great and relatively easy to use, the media keys are extremely smooth and crisp as well!

Initially I was aiming for a brand new version of this keyboard, but the renewed one comes with everything that is needed. Even now I am typing this on the keyboard. It feels great to type on. The sound of typing is very nice and it just makes you want to type. The different profile you can have on the board are nice if you change your color scheme very often, The built in media buttons are very useful. The white keycaps with the brushed silver back is very pleasing to the eyes.
