first had a bad cable and they looked so happy sending a new in a cute package an all but when some rgb lights started to fail, support just ghosted me for weeks until the warranty expired. every 3 days got an vague answer and excuses for why they couldn’t “Honor” the warranty until they closed the ticked and went silent. I bought this keeb because of the 8k hyperpolling but that’s just a gimmick in my case just made gameplay worse so you don’t actually need it plus you probably need like a monster pc to not lose performance when it is set. in general the keeb is mid should have bought one from a more reliable brand that don’t go childish when you have a problem.

Bought this keyboard to play rhythm games but turns out it doesn’t have anti ghosting (meaning if you click more than 1 key at once, for example 4 keys, your inputs will not register). Lol???

Its honestly much better than my previous no-name mechanical keyword. It sounds much quieter, looks nice and has all the nitty functions that I value. Didnt even realise it was refurbished before reading the label.
