    The stabilizers are offset making them incompatible with standard MX-style keycaps, this prevents me from using other keycaps with my keyboard at all. i own the Keychron K8 and love it but after trying the NuPhy keyboards i fell in love with low profile keys and wanted my primary keyboard to have low profile keys but with a better layout and was happy to find my same keyboard in a low profile version. but was extremely disappointed to find that the keys are not compatible even with Keychron’s own keys from my older keyboard.

    I usually do not write reviews, but it’ll be a shame not to write one for this stellar keyboard. I have used many budget affordable mechanical keyboards. returned most of them after using for a little bit since they lacked build quality, sounded bad out of the box(needed to be modded) in order to sound good or something else always came up. This one is an exception, it sounds amazing out of the box(good stabilizers no wobbly keys, maybe lubed), excellent build quality, can connect three devices, and its hot swappable. The value this thing brings for the price of 65$(on sale) is amazing also its low profile making it easier on wrists(ergonomic). Overall 9.5/10

    The product is ok for a cheap mechanical keyboard.
    Small form factor, keycap is nice.

    Downside:
    – Bluetooth connection is sometimes unreliable causes repeating keys. Wired connection is ok
    – The key for changing LED is located on the top left key which is awkward
    – The sound is very loud despite pairing with linear switches

    I like the feel of keystroke. but the key is very easy to drop if you put it into your backpack. I have used this key for about 8 months and then the ESC key doesn’t work anymore. It turns out the joint was drop off. That’s sad.

    Got the keyboard with Gateron low profile brown switches. Overall the keyboard is excellent with great typing feel, nice tactile feedback and sound, and seamless connectivity either via wire or bluetooth. My only complaint is that the stock ABS keycaps feel pretty terrible – they have a cheap plastic feel and get oily really easily. Based on the reviews I’ve read before purchasing, I think this is a common complaint. The keycaps bothered me enough that I replaced them with the Keychron PBT keycaps, which greatly improved the typing experience. Taking a star away for the cheap-y stock keycaps, but otherwise a solid keyboard.

    Me parece el mejor teclado mecanico, buen tamaño. Echo en falta la opcion de elegir layout, y no queda de otra mas que comprarlo con layout en ingles y comprar las keycaps por separado. De este modelo K1SE me gusta mucho la opcion de poderlo usarlo cableado o solo por Bluetooth. No noté ningun problema usandolo en solo BT y desactivando el ahorro de energia funciona de maravilla. En el futuro probare unos switches opticos marron, pero los gateron mechanical rojos van de maravilla, la pulsacion de la tecla no tiene que llegar al fondo para activarse.

Easier to see and larger * O-rings make it quieter and make the bottoming-out smoother Pros: * Soft touch keys. Good for those susceptible to repetitive strain * Feet in the back have multiple height options * Wired or wireless operation Cons: * Silly lighting effects requires ~20 keypresses to minimize and cannot be fully disabled * Number keys have symbols alongside instead of above

    Writing this after 4 months of usage. Not worth the money at all. Frequently disconnects from PC (have other devices connected permanently which do not have such problems!), battery dies in less than a week, some buttons don’t have proper contact too soon after frequent usage – like left Ctrl, which I have already replaced with some other unused switch, but still contact is bad.

    The metal top part of the body has sharp edges which makes it not comfortable to move on the table. Would have go further with different product.

    I hate to admit this but I’m a Logitech fan, and all of my peripherals, until now, are Logitech hence why I have a GPRO TKL and a G604… Both of which have problems after 2 years.. Anyways, goodbye Logitech, and here I come Keychron. I originally bought the K3 v2 since I wanted a little bit more space on my desk and improve the ergonomics. Summary is it didn’t work out. I kept hitting the LED and Page Up keys so I got these instead. For the price, this keyboard has A LOT to offer especially since I outgrew the RGB trend. I also don’t care for the software or custom macros. For the past 2+ years I’ve owned my GPRO and G604, I never touched custom macros and key binds.

    As a Logitech fan, it hurts me to say that the quality of this keyboard is probably better than their G lineup. Only time will tell if this will hold true for me, but it probably doesn’t matter because I can just replace the switch and keycaps when this dies, unlike the GPRO TKL (you can desolder it…).

    Excellent combination of low profile and mechanical keys. I’ve used two Apple keyboards (for home and work macbooks) and decided I’d like to easily switch between my macbooks like I do it with my Logitech mouse. This keyboard does exactly that!

    Nice quality. Easy to.type, smooth and crisp. But don’t know why the bluetooth connection is unstable sometimes irresponsive with either missing keystroke, or typing same character repeatedly on its own like the key was stuck or something. That’s a 2 stars off.

    Took a risk and bought this with no reviews at the time. Exactly what I was looking for: ergonomic, rock-solid, hotswappable, great feel. As my first mechanical keyboard, it’s taken some time to get used to the travel height of the keys. However, it types like a dream with brown switches. I occasionally stream on Twitch and I regularly use it for teaching online classes. The brown keys are just quiet enough to not be picked up by my dynamic RE320 mic.

    I mostly use it plugged in straight into my (ancient) 2017 iMac. Will happily buy another one next month for my work setup!
