The best mechanical keyboard for gaming In my opinion . I’m using the GX Blue switch and to be honest its just great. Even the brightness level of the RGB is more than sufficient being a Blue switch. Rock solid build quality with finely polished brushed Aluminium Magnesium top plate ensures a pleasant gaming and typing experience. The actuation pressure (50 gm) is great enough for not experiencing any kind of finger fatigue after long sessions of CS:GO Competitive matches what so ever. The clicky sound of the GX Blue switches is as good as heaven. Great customisability with Logi GHub app. The 12 function keys can be used as macro keys which is really really great in some situations of games and other productive works like photo or video editing etc. Positively 0(Zero) Keyboard deck flex with hard pressing on the keys (intentionally). In conclusion if you want a gaming keyboard that is really well-built and awesome mechanical key experience Congratulations! This is the keyboard made for you.

If you’re looking for a nice keyboard in the home office, this is the keyboard you need. super clean and nice, the keys are obviously very responsive too. the only downside is that I have very oily hands as is and my oils seem to wipe off onto the keys and… my girlfriend doesn’t like how loud it is, yet again I have lead fingers and I don’t regret anything. Overall all a great purchase and I would recommend this to everyone.

***Update to my review: I have initiated a return/refund with go-keyboard.com. They no longer sell this keyboard because of so many customers having similar issues to mine. AVOID THIS KEYBOARD!!! I spoke to Logitech and they were less than helpful in providing a replacement, and pretended this isn’t a known issue. When the number one online retailer stops selling your product it is quite obvious. I’m going to switch to Corsair or other brands that are making a run at keyboards mice now and hopefully have better luck. Hope this review helps and prevents someone from having my same issue. The K key displays random characters and turns on the caps lock key when pressed. Does the same thing on both windows 10 and my Linux box. Seeking return. Steer clear of this keyboard.

I have been using cherry mix red switches with red o rings for a long time and really liked them. I found myself making a lot of typos when typing outside of gaming though. I tried the Romer G Linears about 6 months ago and fell in love. I finally pulled the trigger and bought the 512 linear and have no regrets.
In terms of performance when gaming the linears seem comparable to reds.
When typing though (which I do a lot of) the romer g linears are way better. I make a lot less typos and my fingers get a lot less fatigue.

Good keyboard – except for the spacebar. Spacebar has only one contact pad beneath it and often must be removed and replaced, gets stuck, or is not sensitive to presses on the far left or right side – extremely annoying if you actually use the keyboard to type alot. Other than extremely deplorable spacebar, good keyboard.

I got this Logitech G512 with Romer G-Linear switches to replace the Ducky Shine 6 w/ Cherry MX Red Switches and I like it a lot. Less typing errors and great for gaming so far. The LED lights are nice and bright with no color bleed onto the board. No complaints so far.
