   Lasted four months and went completely dead. Out of warranty, out of luck. I’ve been in IT for 16 years and keyboards have to be one of the lowest failure rates of any hardware we support. To have a keyboard completely die tells me that the “certified refurbished” is a high risk purchase that I would avoid on bigger cost items. Instead of saving $40 bucks you might be out $75.

   Works perfect! very soft, the only problem with mechanical keyboard is the sound, but is in all of them as i know.

   This does not last as long as advertised. This keyboard was the shortest lasting keyboard I have owned in over 25 years of heavy keyboard use. The ‘2, 3, and 0’ keys stopped working properly after about 6 months. If I press one of those keys it typically counts as two or three inputs instead of 1.

   The worst part of this keyboard is the crap software. Their software is really more like spamware. It’s so annoying, always spamming you for updates. Always has trouble loading or doesn’t work properly, their software is really closer to bloatware or malware. I learned quickly to simply not install the software and just go without the extra functions such as macro. I mean seriously, how many updates do you need on keyboard software??? Thanks but no thanks, I’ll go with someone else next time, anyone else.
