   For most of the negative reviews iv seen on this product, I have never had an issue with the headset minus the Bluetooth connection problems while on wireless mode but I can understand that Bluetooth isn’t a stable thing. Overall I love the product and I didn’t really have any product issues when getting it!

   To others who have had issues with the headset, if you bought it for ur kids, did they drop it a lot? most issues of it breaking is due to the person using it in the wrong way like dropping it or ripping it out of their head or even blasting extremely loud music into it. For a 200$ headset, you must take care of it. Even the YouTuber Pewdiepie even takes care of his own.

   As a 9 year old I need to show my pride these headphones do just that. Now every one knows your either 9 or 19 years old. The headphones sound great and the microphone does a serviceable job. If you decide to use the wireless option then I recomend staying close to the laptop or console. These headphones do not have Bluetooth but you can use a USB port to connect them.

   No les recomiendo que compren algún producto de razer viviendo en México porque si llega a fallar, razer no se hace responsable, se supone que la garantía de go-keyboard.com es de 30 días después de haber llegado el producto pero si algo pasa después de este periodo go-keyboard.com ya no se hace responsable ya que razer (el fabricante) da garantía de 1-3 años dependiendo del producto pero solo para los residentes de USA así que en mi caso viviendo en México no tuve derecho alguno a recibir mi garantía después de que mi producto fallo a los 4 meses de uso. En resumen, si vives en México te arriesgas a que si lo que pediste llega a fallar, estas completamente solo. Ni go-keyboard.com ni razer se hacen responsables de que sus productos carezcan de calidad.

   —Mic— These are so beautiful and sounds amazing, ofcourse like most gaming headsets the mic quality is not up to par with everything else. I use an XLR mic for discord and streaming and when I used the nari, my friends were like “holy ****wtf happened to your mic” it was disappointing. But the Haptic rumble and the sound quality make up for it. —Sound— Games feel more immersive when you fire a bullet or hear an explosion. But let me tell you this: theres no advantage from it, its just for fun, and boy is it! Lowering or turning off the haptic rumble is a whole nother story, as the THX spatial audio really gives an edge to hearing footsteps and what direction their coming from. Music feels good to listen to especially with synthwave or hip hop. –RGB– The RGB is nothing special tbh, i just like to set mine to spectrum cycle. Almost forgot, YOU HAVE TO DOWNLOAD RAZER SYNAPSE ON PC OR MAC TO UTILIZE THIS HEADEST! —-IMPORTANT—- The headset has a 2.4ghz bluetooth dongle. Its your ONLY wireless method so theres no connecting to your phone or anything (thats why theres a 3.5mm aux cord). To combat this I recommend buying a Type-C, micro, lighting, etc, to USB. This allows you to connect the dongle and listen wirelessly. Sure its extra but hey, its convenient. –Xbox users– Also this headset’s dongle does NOT work with xbox, you can still connect with the 3.5mm cable and and use the mic but you lose the game/chat wheel and mute button feature. You can turn on headset while wired and the haptic feedback will still work. Maybe a USB to USB could work?? Idk. I think I covered everything. So yeah, Good Headset. Stay gold Floor Gang BROFIST!

    I’ve had these headphones for about a week now and I absolutely love them. They sound great and the haptic vibrations during heavy bass moments in games and music are a really cool feature. I’d definitely recommend them! One bummer is that they can’t connect to my Xbox one but that’s not due to the headphones. It’s just a poor design flaw with the xbox. I still can use them just fine with the 3.5mm headphone jack though. I’ve owned a few different brands of gaming headphones but this is my first pair by razer and I gotta say I’m impressed! I’ve got a pretty big noggin but these fit just fine and are comfortable for long periods of time. The “cooling gel earcups” aren’t really noticeable but they are surprisingly comfortable. The overall build quality is nice too. I wish they used a smidge more metal but whatever. All in all it’s a pretty great headset.

    Nice solid headset, the main point of this headset was audio and its hyper sense feature which were great. The headset is a bit heavy but it was just right for me. Only thing I could really be disappointed by is the mic quality since it’s not that good for an expensive headset but besides that it’s amazing. I recommend just buying a standalone mic to go along with this headset if your using it for gaming because it pairs well. Haven’t had connectivity issues aswell wired and wireless.

    Purchased these for my husband and was super excited to see them back in stock. Unfortunately the headphones received had been opened and USED previously. So my expectations and excitement were diminished very quickly. Giving these to my husband would be extremely embarrassing considering I paid $200 for what I thought to be a “New” headset. If I wanted used ones I would’ve purchased on EBay. SO DISAPPOINTED. Would give zero stars if I could.
