its crap if you have big hands, don’t buy it

The Keypad overall feels very nice, with really smart adjustments. The bottom 2 left keys are a little bit awkward, the bottom corner rests nicely but makes it hard to press the one next to it, wish it was the same level of the corner one or slightly higher. Works as it’s supposed to overall.
Gave 4 Stars because I kind of expect braided cables on $100+ gaming gear.
Someone had mentioned why doesn’t the arm rest fold in for traveling, but overall this doesn’t really feel like it was made to be portable, plastic cord with a bit of extra plastic wrap around the connection to the pad so it doesn’t tear (which is smart)

I’m still getting used to this, but I have no issues with it whatsoever. I’m glad i got this. it’s ergonomic and adjustable. It’s without a doubt, the best gamepad out there

great product.
feels good in your hands, even with small or big hands.
the only cons i can think are the non braided cable and the way the space bar is placed, which makes it hard to hit so i recommend using the alt key for space
