   When I first got this, I really thought this was going to be like any other keyboard I’ve gotten before. Not so! First thing I noticed was that the keyboard itself has some weight. Easily, the heaviest keyboard I’ve ever owned. For some reason, it made the keyboard seem like good quality. Like it actually had some substance. Connecting it to the computer was a breeze. I didn’t need to try the Bluetooth or the cord, I just put in the USB and it worked immediately. Another thing that set this apart from my other keyboards is that these keys don’t require you to fully press the keys all the way down. So these keys stop about halfway (maybe a bit more) than a full stroke on my previous typewriter keyboard. This actually sped up my typing speed, which was crazy. The response time on my computer actually seems to have sped up too. While this is a full-sized keyboard, it’s still shorter in length than all of my previous ones. It took me about two seconds to see why. A few if the keys are shared with other keys, which I’ve included in my photos. There’s also a “print” button and a “print screen” button. I’m not sure I know the difference. As I’ve said, my previous computer was a typewriter fashioned keyboard (because I enjoy the clackity-clack sound!) and this one doesn’t disappoint. The sound of the typing is a much more dull clack, but it clickety-clacks nicely. The wrist rest is magnetic. You just push it up to the keyboard and it attaches. It’s not a very strong magnet. When you lift the keyboard, it will detach. But, I don’t really mind that. Lastly, the RBG lights. I feel like this keyboard has an almost unending set if options for the background lights. Pressing Fn+Dele will change the color of the background (and there are quite a few color options) and it will also start this slow sort of color roll from top to bottom. Pressing Fn+Print will change the mode (which will be in the color chosen previously), and there are a great number of creative background modes. I was actually impressed and a little overwhelmed by all the options. By far, the best I’ve ever had in terms of background and color options. Overall, this is the best keyboard I’ve had for all the previously stayed reasons, and it’s now my favorite. I’m still playing with the color and mode options. I don’t remove keys and customize them in that way, but you have the option and the tools to do so. Also, you have the ability to check the battery level by pressing Fn+Enter (also pictured). So if it lights up the numbers 1-0, you’re at 100%. 1-9 would be 90% and so on and so forth….which is another first for me. I love this keyboard.

   Pros: Feels sturdy, and has heft to it without being clunky. The keys have a nice sound, not high pitched like so many or too loud that it becomes annoying. Typing on it is a dream, the best keyboard I’ve ever owned -and I have a box with over 20 that I’ve discarded in the last few years! My mom fell in love with it and is ordering her own, & I’ve recommended it to a dozen friends who are shopping for one. My husband has a keyboard he paid $200 for and he is jealous of mine! Cons: I NEED my keyboards to have sound control, not one I have to hit FN first for, which is why I bought this keyboard in the first place, which makes the sound dial being the only downside to this keyboard very frustrating. The volume dial sometimes does not work without hitting the mute button on & off first, after that, it works again. It’s a bit annoying, especially when I’m trying to turn down the sound quickly. But, dealing with the sound dial defect is worth it for how amazing this keyboard handles! I would buy it again without a second of doubt. Highly Recommend!

   This keyboard is so good, great switches that feel really nice and tactile (RK Pale Green switches) comes with a keycap and switch puller and the board itself is really hefty, already has foam for sound damping on the inside of the case and feels super satisfying to type and game on. Plus, since it’s hot swappable you can replace the switches with whatever you want. I can’t recommend it enough. I had someone come over to try it and they bought one that day.
