   This keyboard is amazing! It’s very responsive and comfortable to use, I would definitely recommend buying one. The description say “Refurbished” but it feels BRAND NEW, it doesn’t come with the original box but that doesn’t matter. It came with extra replacement keys + the angled wrist adapter. It’s my first mechanical keyboard and i couldn’t be happier. 10/10 IMO, Corsair is TOP QUALITY.

   I have had one for five months and it works well. I wish I could tell when the caps key is on or off though. The lights don’t go off when my computer goes to sleep which is annoying. So it could be better but it has a nice touch and a somewhat decent price so I like it.

   This keyboard is one of the best I’ve ever had. You can download a program to customize the lighting to whatever you want for those of you that like the RGB stuff.

   It improved my gameplay quite a bit. Definitely worth it!

   The speed keys are great for me. Some say the silver switches are too sensitive, not for me, they feel very comfortable and are great for typing quickly or gaming. The media controls work as expected and the volume rollover wheel really stands out.

   It’s not overly expensive based on where other keyboards of this type are priced. Actually might be called cheap compared to the others. But that’s subjective. Why this keyboard for gamers? Other units I’ve seen have bright swirling lights and look ‘cool’ but aren’t at all practical for gaming. This unit has a wrist guard. Absolutely necessary for gaming. Comes with left hand replacement textured keys. Again, great for gaming. (Space bar is also textured.) Oh, and the textured keys, some of them are shaped. Meaning they have edges turning in certain directions. This is actually a good thing so you can’t get the textured keys confused. And a single button that let’s you turn the red back-light on/off. It has three intensities. It’s red only. It’s simple. Plug and play/braided cord/looks sharp. No instructions but none are needed. Two USB slots required though. And last, it feels like a quality instrument. It’s made w good material. I’m satisfied.

   My renewed unit was a bust. Some of the keys were slightly higher than other keys which created a serious problem typing. I am not talking about the included contoured keys either that are supposed to be that way. I am talking about different keys. I also had some glitching in typing with unexpected things happening.

   If these are used and are refurb there are some serious quality control issues.

   Nice bright lights, very clicky mechanical keys, and a well built, sturdy alum housing, BUT, they keys are ultra sensitive.
   If your typing away, and accidently, very lightly touch the top of the key next to the one you pressed, be prepared to backspace about 2-3 times. This may be something you like. To force you to be more precise with your key strokes. I just happen to find it very annoying. I actually back spaced about 15 times just typing this. It has slowed my WPM dramatically 🙁
